The hotel was very quiet due to it being December and so the main restaurant and other eating areas are closed. Both the pools are surprisingly unheated so the water was very cold. Do not use the front desk to book anything like tours or even a taxi as it works out very expensive.

Staff are polite and helpful. Has two pools and lots of sun loungers. Rooms are cleaned daily and it had a good breakfast spread in the morning. Hotel lobby area was very spacious, with lots of areas to sit. Generally well kept and a pleasant stay.

My room requires some renovation for example the walls need repainting. No other complaints otherwise as the room was very clean.

The property is located in a quiet location; I would recommend renting a car to travel to and from the hotel and the city centre. The pool is large and clean.

1. Please provide drinking water in rooms. It is quite warm and one cannot keep on going to buy Water. Increase room tariff by 50 Dirhams if needed. 2. The bath fittings have become old. Need to be replaced.

Male front desk staff largely occupied with administrative tasks. Hardly any time for the guest. Maintenance backlog in the bathroom area not resolved despite notification.

In addition to the usual facilities for a Moroccan four star hotel, I would like to focus on the service staff. Females at the front desk are Guest oriented, approachable with good English language skills. Extensive breakfast at pleasant times. Friendly service staff in the restaurant. Room-Maid, Ms. Chahimi Bouchra very thorough, diligent and reliable.

No kettle, water, or tea bags are given in the room. Outside pools were cold even though we went when it was 28/30 degrees. The beds were not comfortable either. Madina wasn't near to hotel and taxis were not cheap. Also, they served the same breakfast dishes for our 7 day stay.

The outside area was so beautiful. Staff were helpful and always available when needed. The cleaners cleaned our room daily.

the location was too far from madina. no free bus to madina. shower and bath area was dark due to no lights working or missing lights. toilet seats were too high.

location. far from centre. taxi charge too much to madina. no kettle in room. no daily water bottles. bathroom shower area very dark because there is no lights in that area. rooms don’t heat up quick during the cold nights. need to improve the aircon system. but overall a good a good hotel and will stay again if price is good. 👍🏽

the DJ playing outside was a bit disturbing. especially to parents, as we had a long trip, so we wanted to rest when we arrived! but it was a bit too loud.

the staff was extremely helpful, they took care of our luggage, and always provided service when needed.

I stayed there for the new year with my wife and kids. The hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff were very welcoming. We were offered pool-view roomsl. The breakfast was copious. I had absolutely nothing to complain about.

Nothing. Everyone tried to do their best and facilities also was pretty functional and working. Internet very slow but it looks like a common problems in the hotels in Morocco.

I like the big swimming pool inside the internal area. Water was really clean. Parking also was free and you will always find a place for your car. The position is perfect if you plan to don't visit the center but areas outside Marrakesh.

There wasn’t enough plates at breakfast, less range of food. The lifts weren’t working at all, at night it was very noisy due to the people working upstairs.When we booked an excursion called ‘Chez Ali’ from the hotel they said it will have brilliant food and amazing service however when we went the food was less and the show was very short.

The rooms were clean and had a nice swimming pool.

The hotel decoration was good and overall is a clean, and the rooms are fairly large, the same goes for the bathroom and the beds are very comfortable, in addition to the breakfast buffet was very good with a lot of options.

when we checked in we were given an unclean Ed room with a leak in the ceiling!! Wi-Fi doesn’t reach all rooms so no Wi-Fi in our room no shampoo or conditioner provided in rooms

There was no safe in the room and on at least 2 occasions no towels we available in the room.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful particularly in the restaurant and the individuals helping with the luggage.

Noisy Hallways, cleaning staff too noisy in the hallways at 9 A.M at 3 P.M ... It was really uncomfortable.

My safe wasn’t working and despite asking to fix, wasn’t done. There is a sign of a business center but there is none working, Internet was very unstable with bad connection. However staff were always willing to help and are very friendly.

The property is well located and staff is very friendly, there is an amazing swimming pool making it a great outside view.
