United KingdomThe hotel was very quiet due to it being December and so the main restaurant and other eating areas are closed. Both the pools are surprisingly unheated so the water was very cold. Do not use the front desk to book anything like tours or even a taxi as it works out very expensive.
Staff are polite and helpful. Has two pools and lots of sun loungers. Rooms are cleaned daily and it had a good breakfast spread in the morning. Hotel lobby area was very spacious, with lots of areas to sit. Generally well kept and a pleasant stay.

The property is located in a quiet location; I would recommend renting a car to travel to and from the hotel and the city centre. The pool is large and clean.

GermanyMale front desk staff largely occupied with administrative tasks. Hardly any time for the guest. Maintenance backlog in the bathroom area not resolved despite notification.
In addition to the usual facilities for a Moroccan four star hotel, I would like to focus on the service staff. Females at the front desk are Guest oriented, approachable with good English language skills. Extensive breakfast at pleasant times. Friendly service staff in the restaurant. Room-Maid, Ms. Chahimi Bouchra very thorough, diligent and reliable.

United KingdomNo kettle, water, or tea bags are given in the room. Outside pools were cold even though we went when it was 28/30 degrees. The beds were not comfortable either. Madina wasn't near to hotel and taxis were not cheap. Also, they served the same breakfast dishes for our 7 day stay.
The outside area was so beautiful. Staff were helpful and always available when needed. The cleaners cleaned our room daily.

ItalyNothing. Everyone tried to do their best and facilities also was pretty functional and working. Internet very slow but it looks like a common problems in the hotels in Morocco.
I like the big swimming pool inside the internal area. Water was really clean. Parking also was free and you will always find a place for your car. The position is perfect if you plan to don't visit the center but areas outside Marrakesh.

The lifts weren’t working at all, at night it was very noisy due to the people working upstairs.When we booked an excursion called ‘Chez Ali’ from the hotel they said it will have brilliant food and amazing service however when we went the food was less and the show was very short.

United KingdomMy safe wasn’t working and despite asking to fix, wasn’t done. There is a sign of a business center but there is none working, Internet was very unstable with bad connection. However staff were always willing to help and are very friendly.
