I have been patronizing Hotel de Paris and eating this 3 Stars Michelin for more than two 2 decades ago.
Foods below average and waiter short changed and bluffed my dessert soufflé for chocolate upon my complained he replaced me a fake soufflé for Lle Flottante. When i told the waiter and mgmt i might post in social media the restaurant was unhappy and unprofessional in handling my complaint and poor damage recovery. Spoken few other friends and guests while in Monte Carlo and all confirmed horrible foods and service.”
