Everything about this property is exceptional. The moment we arrived we were greeted by the most professional staff. The accommodations were spotless, and our suite was both spacious and comfortable. The location is unmatched - walking distance to all of Monaco’s finest restaurants and attractions, with the benefit of having an incredible view.

We had breakfast served in our room,although I would actually have preferred to go to the restaurant. I am not sure whether this would have been possible-it was not clear in the information provided. There was a good choice of bread/pastries,but there was no possibility of a second cup of coffee (unless we had called for room service). We were able to check in to the room before the official time of 15.00. The entrance/exit on the 6th floor was a very useful facility for my visit to the opera

Everything was good.

The room that I choosed with the Harbour view (where you can also see the mountain view as well) was very and very nice and a really large room and it has a very good bathroom with a shower bath. I would say that I have never stayed in such large room. I recommend this hotel to everyone who will look for hotel in Monaco. I would say it is located in the heart of Monaco. And also I want to thank reception that they allowed us to have a late check out. It was very kind and helpful from their side. So I recommend it 10/10.

The position of the hotel is excellent, the room ( junior suite) had an amazing view on the harbour. Great valet service. Amazing restaurant at the top floor, with an incredible view and superb food. We extended the stay for one more night! Will come back again!

The breakfast is always a little disappointing. The plates are always cold along with the sausages, the bacon is overcooked and cold. The fresh fruit is never of a good quality. We always have to request the coffee and milk be hot, you would assume your coffee would automatically be hot. A little bit more attention to the room service breakfast would make this stay great. Everything else if just wonderful, the staff are all excellent. Serve the sausages/bacon in a heated dish with lid and warm plates. I love poached eggs but it turned up cold and overcooked at our last stay.

The Location is great, the room is excellent. The breakfast could be improved a bit. The last time we stayed the breakfast was always cold and of a poor standard, because of this we never order eggs, the coffee was never hot enough. This time we requested the coffee be hot and it was, we requested the sausages be hot and it was at least warm. This can be improved by serving the sausages and bacon in a heated bowl with lid and warmed plates/dome to ensure food stays hot in transit. Apart from that we love staying here.

Rooms were huge! All have great views over the marina. Bathrooms were luxurious with a spa bath. King beds comfy. Great arm chairs overlooking marina.
