Breakfast was rather disappointing but to start a day it was enough. Spa session - I think it would have been better if there was an option by hours. Now it's only three hours but as there was only two of us - we left after 2 h. Also - water in jackuzzi was way too hot. Receptionists were very friendly and nice. Location wise - it's not far but it is quite a walk from the city center. For us it was ok to make extra steps but bear that in mind.

I mean, it's just ok. There is nothing amazing or outstanding about this hotel

The staff, facilities, location and cleanliness were excellent. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. The room was wonderful, just like the pictures. Breakfast was continental buffet style and the choices were fantastic. I hope to return sometime in the future. A wonderful experience for someone travelling alone.

On the whole, I can't say that there was anything I didn't like.

The hotel is located somewhat away from the centre, which I rather welcomed, as it was not so busy. The staff were pleasant and professional throughout our stay. The apartment was clean, the equipment was fine, although in places a little wear and tear was already visible (shower, chair back). I missed a bit the big light in the bedroom, where there was also a desk to work on, as it was quite dark to work in the evening with the existing lighting. I cannot rate the SPA, I was not. It is not free to use, it is only for a fee (about 1400 MDL for one or two people). Breakfasts were good, tasty and plentiful. Lots of salads, fish, cheese, eggs, cold cuts, fruit, sweet breakfasts... I can't complain.

The room has a large window facing the street. If you are sensitive to noise, consider requesting a room with a window on the opposite side. The SPA is nice and clean (featuring a jacuzzi, wet and dry saunas, and a saltwater pool), but I didn’t like the smell or the fact that the pool is over 1.7 meters deep. Spa access is not free, but you get the entire space exclusively for yourself for 3 hours.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice and clean room. Spa was also nice, although it has to be booked in advance. Location is not too far away from the city center and easily reachable by car. Overall recommended.
