Reviews of Center, Albisoara str., 1bedroom and living with balcony

The apartment is exactly like pictured in the pics. Very roomy, comfy and pretty new apartment. It is located inside a gated community. Chisinau is very safe, safer than other European capitals but is a plus for security. Located in a fourth floor it has even a balcony. About cleaning I gotta say it was spotless in every way (10 out of 10).The kitchen is ample with a table and a set of 4 chairs. The bedroom is also pretty big with a comfy mattress. There is also a wardrobe if needed. The bathroom is split in two: on one hand there is a tub, a sink and the washing machine and in a separate room a small sink and the WC. There's also a living room with a sofa-bed and a TV. They provided bathroom gel and shampoo. The kitchen has everything: microwave, oven, sink, fridge, etc. The AC works very well and believe me when I say this is important because in summer time Chisinau gets easily at 36-37C or even more. Sp it is important. Everything is automated: keys are in a box so there's no need for a person except when it comes to pay. Then you meet the person who handles the apartment. Other than that communication was great, fast and very professional.

I did know that beforehand because it is clearly showed in the map. The apartment is about 20 min away from the metropolitan cathedral (downtown) and 45 min away from the central market and autogara (bus station). Anyways there are two supermarkets: Local 4min away in Albiosara Strada and Linella 8 min away. There is also a trolley stop (number 38) in Albiosara Strada that can get you closer to the bus station or train station.

Everything was ok. Spacious room, clean, wifi and tv working, safe neighbourhood.

Nothing. Maybe not that close to the city center, but it wasn't a big deal for us.

Comfortable and clean property, enjoyed the time spent there.

Great spacious apartment

The apartment complex where I stayed is new and is located in the city center. Good for 2 persons. Because I thought I would easily find where the keys were, I didn't watch the video showing the self check-in process posted by the owner when I made the reservation. What made it more complicated was that I didn't have roaming activated. Recommendation: watch the video before arriving at the address.

This is real apartment complex living, which I enjoyed. There's a central area with a fountain that works in the evening and people are outside playing. The apartment is brand new and spotless – from the washer/dryer to updated kitchen (a very large fridge as well). I slept in the living room a couple nights just as it is darker there (the bedroom is great as well) and attest to the pull out couch being comfortable along with the bed. Recommended!

The location is a bit strange. It's an uphill walk to the centre that takes maybe 15 minutes. Public transport doesn't really come to this section either. I used scooters or taxis if I was in a hurry and it's fine. But it's definitely less central than it appears on the map.
