The road outside was noisy. Although with the air con on was o.k The cruise liners which were sometimes 4 a day and when all their passengers landed swamped Kotor and you couldn't move.

Jadranska was a really good host who told us where the nearest shops were. Also gave us lots of information on the nicest places to visit from the apartment. Jadranska also gave us freshly baked cherry cake when we arrived and another time apple pie. The apartment was well situated for walking into Kotor, a nearby Lido, bus to Livat, Budva,Perast and Herceg Novi . Every day we swam in the lake,which was lovely and you can hire bikes ,again this lovely.

Apartment is in a fantastic location with beautiful views across the bay. It is a good size and was spotlessly clean. The host really takes pride in her business. Great size bed & shower was huge. My only criticism was that there is no toaster & microwave. I would move the TV to above the dining room table and have a free standing unit where tv is for microwave/toaster.

The apartment was clean, comfortable and provided everything we needed. It was within easy walking distance of the town, beach and restaurants. The only slight downside was the road noise. However this soon was forgotten as the view of the bay was exceptional. Jadranka was a perfect host. Warm and friendly and supportive. Overall, highly recommend. A perfect base for exploring Kotor and further afield in Montenegro

The parking is a bit tiny when there are a lot of guests, but we were lucky and didn't have any problems, as it was only our car there. The air conditioner was only in the living room, not in the bedroom, but it was OK you just need to turn it on in advance to cool down the bedroom.

The rooms are clean and the view on Kotor's Bay is very nice. On the kitchen you have everything you need. Jadranka is very friendly and gave us a lot of advises. There is a parking and actually to visit Kotor you don't need a car, everything is in walking distance, the city centre and the public beach.

The road nearby is very busy. However, the owner advised us a safe walking way to the old town and the noise of the traffic did not bother at night.

Such a lovely stay near the Kotor old town. Just a 5 minute walk downhill. Nice restaurants and a beach nearby. Great view to the bay! The owner was so welcoming and helpful and responded quickly. The room was spacious, very clean and we had an own terrace surrounded by well-mainteined garden.

Only minor thing was air con is in kitchen/dining room at front which is the hottest part of the property but none in the bedroom which was cooler but could have benefitted from aircon.

Everything was perfect. Location was brilliant, just 7-8 mins walk to Old Town and lots of bars and restaurants. The owner is so friendly and very helpful.

A bit noisy due to traffic. I knew before I booked so it was not a huge problem but it can be fixed somehow as the sliding door was clearly not able to close properly.

Excellent host, greeted us and treated us with cake and beer. Apartment is as described, you have everything you need. Good location and wonderful view.

The location of the property is excellent, it is not far from the center of Kotor, 5 minutes on foot. The terrace of the accommodation is a masterpiece, the terrace used independently has only Kotor, and I hope that the meal time there will continue for a long time. Fantastic dining-table. Every corner of the interior is perfect and solid. For example, it is so perfect that there is no drop of water splashing out of the shower room. The parking lot inside the accommodation is convenient.

Great apartment just outside of the old city in Kotor. We particularly loved the little patio with a partial sea view and how absolutely wonderful the hostess was-- extremely welcoming and helpful which made our stay excellent. The flat is clean and very cute, we found the bed comfortable and had no problems with the AC.
