We absolutely loved our stay & did not want to leave. The apartment is perfectly equipped it has everything you need plus chairs, umbrellas if you go to a beach. Marco our host & his lovely wife were so helpful. Marco booked our rental car (delivered to the door) he booked our boat trip (picked up on the jetty out front) he also rang around & got the best taxi fare to Albania for us. You can walk to a small market & restaurants. My favorite thing was to swim in the sea literally 5 steps from the front gate. The views are spectacular… I could go on & on! Just book it you won’t regret it.

Nothing I didn’t like, but you need to be a decent walker if you want to spend every day in Kotor, but there is a bus service it’s just random.

The sea view was amazing, and nice the door was shut you couldn’t hear the road or any noise, local restaurant was perfect, great food and a 10 minute walk, Marco and his wife were welcoming, gave lots of great information about the area, booked us taxis and even offered us lifts 10/10 for their hospitality. Would definitely stay again.

Marco was very friendly and welcoming. He arranged our taxi to the airport and was outside to make sure the taxi arrived, which we thought was very kind of him. The apartment is as described, so well equipped with everything you could need.

As others have said, it is a little walk to Kotor old town - but the walk is VERY pretty and well lit and safe at night - and unfortunately public transport by blue line bus is a bit inconsistent, but it didn’t hold us back from what we wanted to do

The views from the accommodation and terrace are stunning! Such great value for money to have these views at this price point. Marco was so friendly and did everything he possibly could for us - picking us figs, giving us advice, calling agents to book us trips and taking us to bus station when taxis not available.

We loved everything.

The location is absolutely stunning with incredible views of the bay. You can watch the boats and cruise ships go by from the balcony. The apartment is extremely clean with a comfortable bed, excellent shower and all the facilities you need. Around 35 minutes walking to Kotor old town and there is also a small shop and some restaurants nearby. Marko is a fantastic host - very helpful and good level of English. We recommend this apartment to anybody and would love to stay again.

A really nice apartment with a view to die for. It’s very clean, the kitchen has lots of amenities, the building is very nice with a great patio and a place to swim just outside. And the hosts are great! It’s a small family owned property and the host came to us with coffee and lemonade made from their own lemons. And was also kind enough to call a taxi early in the morning and stayed up to make sure we made it to the bus station. Would definitely stay here again.

Marko and his wife are really beautiful people. Welcome was warm, with some biscuits and figs from the garden. Marko also organized for us a boat trip through Kotor bay, directly starting from the beach in front of the appartment : an amazing experience. He is also always available to provide advices regarding restaurants, visits... Appartment itself was good and insonorization was perfect. It has a direct access to a beach. Really enjoyable terrace and private parking. I would recommend this place to anybody staying in Kotor area !!

Nothing not to like, incredible place and host!

We stayed only 1 night as passing though but wished we could of stayed much longer! Location and views were incredible. Apartment was clean, had everything you needed and the beds were unbelievably comfortable. Free parking available and even a washing machine! Marco the host was brilliant and so helpful with information for our trip. We can’t recommend enough and would love to return again!

Just a little far from the old town but when you see the perfect view, it will be no problem.

Location is perfect. It is next to the sea shore. It has its own terrace, where you can sunbathe away from the crowd. Room has a wonderful view, very comfortable, very clean and includes everything you would need. Marco ( owner ) and his wife are very hospitable and friendly. There is a wonderful restaurant close to the apartment ( Mademoiselle ) where you can have nice dinner with the perfect view, next to the sea. Marco, the waiter, is very helpful and friendly.

30-40 minute walk to Kotor old town, but I quite like the walk down the sea front road in the bay.

Great location, epic views, the host Marco, could not have been more lovely and helpful, facilities were everything we wanted. We had a lovely stay and would recommend. Local shop 10 minutes walk away with all the essentials. The sea was lovely and refreshing and there is a terrace with loungers and parasols for comfort in the hot sun, also shaded later in the day by a fig tree which works out well if you want to bbq. The air con in the apartment also helped 👍

The location is 10/10. A little out of the old town but much quieter and more relaxed. Your own pier and beach right out the front. The old town is easily accessible by walking, bus or taxi. There is a supermarket and really nice restaurant a short walk away. The apartment was very well equipped. The hosts were delightful and happy to help with anything we needed :)

The apartment was in an excellent location for both Kotor which you could easily walk or take the bus and felt much more relaxing with access to the water only steps away without the busyness of the centre. We loved the balcony with the sun rising early from the mountains. It was clear that everything at Apartment Paskovic was thought of with the guests in mind; an extremely comfortable bed, super shower, everything really clean, umbrella/ parasols and excellent WIFI that easily connects to the garden/patio area. Marco, his wife and daughter made us feel very welcome offering suggestions without any pressure just real genuine kindness.

The water in front of the house is not the best for swimming, but there are suitable places nearby

Nice view, own garden with comfortable deck chairs that we could also place to the shore before the building. Charismatic host Marko behaved very friendly.Well equipped apartman, there was even a rolling pin :). We rented bikes to explore the nearby beaches and the city center to avoid permanent traffic jam.
