We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

PolandIt wasn't the apartment from add!! Photos are from different place. The address in booking was "cetkoviča 49", and in real it was bit far "cetkoviča 80". I told owner we'd came at 2pm, we were waiting more than 1hour, he rejected calls and didn't want to answer where the address is and number of the apartment (60), only sent photos of building (different one that in booking). Everything was very dirty inside, most things were broken, sofa in the living room was so uncomfortable and dusty, towels had yellow strains... Definately not for living there with children

PolandFirst of all we arrived to the address from booking and no one was there, we contacted to the one we to learn we should go elsewhere. In the flat cigarettes on the furniture, we booked the place as they promised a baby cot when we arrived in the evening there wasn’t one, and the owner didn’t even try to help to solve the issue.

TurkeyWe stayed one month is this place. It was disgusting. Everything is dirty and broken. Just to make it clear from the beginning - the landlord ignored all our complains and didn't solve anything except of bringing the heater to the bedroom as it was freezing there. Bedroom The bed is old, the mattress consists of two separate parts, it is very soft and has gaps, it covered with another thin mattress but it doesn't help at all. There was only one set of linen for the whole month. Even if you wash it it can't be dry in a day for using. As here is no AC in the bedroom here is mold on the window. Kitchen/living room Sink - water stays in the sink all the time when you're washing dishes. Dishwasher - doesn't work at all. Microwave - doesn't have a glass plate inside where you your plate with food on. No cutting board. Fridge, microwave and all furniture are dirty. Cabinets - dirty inside with some garbage - women's socks, used masks and so. So you can't use it how you want unless you clean everything by yourself. Bathroom Shower hanger - broken, here is no way to take a shower without holding it. Towels - old. Balcony Dirty with different useless things on it.
