The only downside was that the laundry service wasn’t working. They offered to do the washing the next day, but since we were only staying one night, that wasn’t an option for us.

The staff were very kind and helpful, and there is parking available for cars. Pets are allowed, which was a big plus for us.

The check In was supposed to be at 14:00, but the staff lady let us moved in at 12:00! She was our savior :3 The room was big and spacious. There's also a big mall near the hotel with a good restaurant.

The location is a bit outside of town.

Very nice hotel, clean and well equipped. Staff were very kind and helpful. Reception helped getting a cab, but be aware the fare should only be about 5 euros

I stayed here for 2 nights, it’s in a quiet location - I walked everywhere, huge retail park literally on the doorstep & also 10mins to airport. Room was ok and staff were super friendly & helpful with all my questions.

The room did slightly smell like someone had been smoking in it. I think it’s a problem that people don’t obey the rules there.

I had to take this room due to a cancelled flight after a whole day travelling in buses, and it provided me with the comforts I needed. Good shower, wifi, a balcony to drink a nice glass of wine on. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast omelette was delicious.

I thought breakfast options were a little limited, but I had a nice breakfast nonetheless. However, while breakfast was included in the price, I was charged separately for both the coffees that I drank (at breakfast).

I enjoyed my stay! I was only in town for one night as I was doing a road trip round the Balkans with a mate, and we each got a room which met our needs at a good price! The room was clean, had aircon, and the bed was comfortable! The owners were very welcoming and friendly, gave us fruit on arrival, and were helpful in arranging transportation to the city centre for us.
