1. Payment is either cash or bank transfer. No card payment option can be an issue as you might be required to get cash in case online bank transfer not possible / can take longer to be received by the property 2. The rooms are located on 2nd floor. Staying here for elderly and families with young children might be a challenge 3. The room felt a bit damp. Room could do with better ventilation system 4. Towels provided can be replaced with better ones

Be aware Not one bedroom it’s a large studio. One bedroom means there is a door, but you are sleeping in the kitchen and the living area. So if that’s important to consider.

Location was great. Hosts were very communicative. Has a coffee maker. Very comfortable stay. Nice to be in the centre you can pop back home if you need to rest. You can do laundry as well. Very easy to find from the bus station great directions.

The apartment is in the Kotor old town. It's very nice town and the apartment also. Good location. You can cook and wash. All facilities working well. Self Check-In is also convenient. Heating is also working perfect. The host is nice. I almost have nothing to complain. But only i could not get used to the soft bed and the pillow, but it's a very personal thing. In general, it's absolutely good choice.

Locking the main door is a bit tricky as sometime you need to lift the door handle upwards so the key can turn anticlockwisely smoothly.

The soundproof windows are perfect, you aint hear a thing with windows closed.

Spacious and well equipped apartment. Comfy bed , great of views of the cobblestone street (we had the Ena apt). Great bars and restaurants in the area. 5 minute walk from bus station. You can catch the blue line bus from several location (a few minute walk to the stop) to visit Persat, Tivet and other coastal towns. An unexpected bonus was the use of the washer and dryer for free.

This apartment was beautiful and very well appointed. It had everything we needed. Although Kotor is a small place anyway, the location was perfect. Of course, there were some stairs, but that is to be expected all over the Dalmatian coast!

We made a last-minute decision to stay inside Kotor Old Town, as we were initially worried that the city’s cobblestone streets might be tough on our suitcase wheels. However, it turned out to be no issue at all, so you can rest assured when booking here. The apartment’s location is fantastic, right in the heart of the Old Town, and within easy walking distance of several gates. There’s a restaurant just downstairs. The room amenities are comparable to a five-star hotel, far exceeding our expectations. It’s hard to imagine finding such high-quality facilities and services inside the Old Town. The apartment management is professional and efficient. We’re so glad we chose to stay in the Old Town, as it allowed us to experience the serene atmosphere in the early mornings and evenings.

I stayed four nights here and it was glorious! The location is so great, and I was very pleased that I could do some laundry on arrival! Sometimes the little things, like a hanging rack, is just so appreciated. I will be back! Thanks so much for a wonderful stay, my favourite on an extended trip so far. :)

This is the perfect location if you want to accommodation at kotor old city. Very beautiful and a comfortable place to stay. If you enjoy music, there is always something played for you. You will find lots of cafe, restaurants, take-away and bars near to the stay. This apartment has all the amenities for a peaceful stay. I will strongly recommend this place to stay. Let me let about the host, they are so lovely and helpful. I appreciate the effort and hospitality they provided on our stay.

There wasn't anything that we didn't like.

Lana & Ena Apartments was an ideal accommodation for our families 6 night stay in Kotor. Boba, together with Lana & Ana, were excellent hosts, making us feel very welcome, and were very attentive to our requests during our stay. It is certainly best to stay within Kotor's town walls, and the location of the apartment made it easy for us to come and go whenever we wanted each day. The apartment is very well appointed and clean, the aircon and supplementary fans added to our comfort. There are many very good restaurants within the town walls. A boat tour around the Bay and walk to the mountain fort were further highlights of our stay. We highly recommend Lana & Ena Apartments and are very grateful to our kind hosts Boba, Lana & Ena.

There is only one AC unit and it's in the living room. But it's very strong so we would run it all day and use the provided fans to equalize the temperature into the bedrooms. This meant leaving the bedroom doors open all the time but this did work to keep us suitably cool during the hot summer.

Absolutely perfect stay. The apartment was exactly as described and roughly two minutes from anywhere in Kotor. The family is simply some of the nicest people I have ever met. We would sometimes bump into them on the streets walking their dog and they would instantly be all smiles and asking what we were up to, etc. They were also super responsive to any request. They even helped us use their clothes washer and dryer!
