The bed lacked a duvet, there wasn't a dishwasher, and the parking space was a bit tight.

The staff were very friendly, the apartment was beautifully clean, and they went above and beyond with details like turning on the AC before we arrived, providing washing machine pills, movie projector on the bedroom and an ironing board. The view was fantastic, the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful.

Extremely clean, well maintained property. Rooms extremely spacious and contained everything we needed. Comfy bed, great water pressure in the shower. Short walk into the old town and a short taxi journey to the cable car. Loads of different outdoor seating available. Hosts extremely hospitable and very welcoming. Would highly recommend

Beautiful, spacious apartment, lovely modern design, well equipped with everything you may need. Very clean and cosy. We had the upper floor with beautiful view of the sea and the old city. Didn't use the jacuzzi but with this view it must be a very nice experience. The host was available for questions we asked. There is a walk to the old town but we had a car and there was parking at and near the propery so it didn't matter.

I guessed I booked b/c of the view and jacuzzi, which are both true to the description. For those who enjoy sun, the roof deck is really quite nice. Warm, quiet, chill. It is 18min walk to Kotor old town though. it was fine for us as we were only staying for one night but I may reconsider if I’m for longer as I really don’t quite enjoy walking the extra miles under the heat … just fyi.

This apartment deserves 5 stars and is one of the most beautiful we’ve stayed in. Everything you see in the pictures looks even better in person. The apartment has absolutely everything you might need during your stay. The location is ideal - just a few minutes from the Old town, yet tucked away enough so you can relax surrounded by nature. The host is a wonderful woman who really went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect for us.

Great views, the apartment was very clean, modern and comfortable. It was truly a luxury experience. They have free parking, air conditioning, huge terraces, balcony, stunning views and at the top a great jacuzzi, big enough for 4-6 people. Definitely worth choosing this accommodation instead of a hotel!

Free bikes but didn't feel safe riding on surrounding roads.

About 15 minutes walk to old town and 12min to the bus station. .. more expensive than most but of very good quality. We would not hesitate to return. Very nice host. Wonderful terrace. Quite area. Modern apartment. Washing machine was very helpful.

Brilliant apartment. Everything you need in a super location just 10 - 15 minutes walk from the Old Town. Rooftop terrace with hot tub is absolutely stunning Communication before and ty throughout the stay was really good. Will definitely come back to Kotor and would not hesitate to stay here again

This property was fabulous. It was stunning inside, clean & had everything we needed for a long weekend. The balcony & roof terrace were an added bonus & afforded us views of the bay of Kotor & the mountainous backdrop. Nikola, the owner was so helpful & proud of his apartments. Nothing was too much trouble & we took advantage of his lifts to & from the airport. The location was ideal, only a 10 min walk from the old town but at a distance to be peaceful, without the hustle & bustle. We would definitely recommend a stay at Marea & hope to return again someday.

Very kind owner. Always available for any information (by WhatsApp). Nice comfortable and clean apartment with all facilities. Nice, clean jacuzzi with a wonderful view to the Kotor downtown. 10min walk to Kotor centre. An excellent bakery and a pharmacy is 100m away.

Would be great to add a bottle of water on arrival, we came on Sunday and most of the stores nearby were closed.

Location is great, in the green quiet area but walking distance to old town. The apartment was quite thoughtfully organised, spacious and nicely decorated with all necessary cooking appliances. Communication was also seamless.
