Service to get a taxi to the bus station.

Awesome location ! The place has just been renovated so it was a plus staying there as everything was mostly new, especially the lobby floor.

There was some repair work that the hotel decided to start at 6 45 am, which was really annoying and disturbing, specially after we had requested them not to start till 9 am as we were checking out that morning after 9. Our request was not paid heed to.

Location is amazing, just outside old town.

Staff were unfriendly, the nicest staff member was brand new. Breakfast was awful, lots of strange meats and other, but no variety of regular breakfast foods. No toast!?!? Scrambled eggs weren't made from real eggs, they seemed like powdered eggs from a packet. I wouldn't pay extra for breakfast here. Instead skip it and go to a nice restaurant in the old town. You can't make a call out from the hotel at all. When I enquired about this the female receptionist rudely told me to walk to the post office. Reception/lobby area is very messy, could use a clean up. When booking it looks as though this large hotel offers a lot, but you can get much more for your money elsewhere.

Location is good, very close to the old town and promenade

Floor made a noise as we walked. TV did not work. Light next to bed was broken. Bathroom had been repaired with different colored tiles and looked unpleasant.

The staff at reception. Especially Nikola Gordana who went out of her way to help us when we had a problem with our plane tickets. View and location of hotel were also good.

Breakfast was quite limited and not good quality.

Location of hotel is close to old town and easy to wonder around from and stroll back to from bars and nightlife.

Bathroom door didn't lock; Old and dirty carpets; Old and broken furniture; Tiny TV; People smoking in the hallway and lobby; All in all outdated; Bad phonic isolation of windows - in front of the hotel was a stage 50 m away with concerts every day until 1 a.m.; All in all an old hotel where no investments were made for many years; We asked for another room and had to threaten to cancel and ask booking.com to make some calls until we were offered a better room (an apartment), which was acceptable. Not great! Acceptable

Toilet was too close to bidet. You had sit on it like you would sit on a motorcycle. People were allowed to smoke inside the building. We found breadstick under the drawer and it remained there for our entire stay. I think cleaning service was not as good as price might suggest.

Cozy room with a lot of tv channels and good AC. Balcony doors are thick and they block 99% of all noise from the outside (keep in mind its located in the heart of nightlife) Great location- close to old town and all the beaches. High standard of breakfast. Their restaurant is very good and cheap.

The hotel is very old and not renovated, the room was old and felt like it, the bed was uncomfortable. outside the hotel there are bars and restaurants so it was very noisy until midnight.

The hotel was near the old town, and the view was amazing and there was parking for hotel guests for free. Breakfast was good.

We sent them a message with a little request and mentioning that we were a couple on our first anniversary. The whole staff seemed to have heard about the message and made our stay absolutely incredible with a lot of attentions such as a heart of rose petals on the bed and two pieces of amazing chocolate waiting for us. Would recommend the place to everyone, thank you so much for the lovely stay!!

Ok,so it's a little funky, maybe needs some updating, but then I don't think it would be as affordable or as laid back. This place excels where it matters most. I didn't come to Budva to hang out in my hotel.

Everything was so easy and that made all the difference. The staff was very helpful, having a place to park our car -for free- was totally unexpected and just fantastic. The beach was very close, old town at your door step, and very close proximity to night life. Loved it!

An exception to the friendly staff mentioned was a young female receptionist, who was extremely aloof and uninterested. Whenever we asked her anything, we felt uncomfortable. The hotel is a bit older.

The location is excellent. Just a minute away from the Old Town and very close to restaurants and clubs. The hotel also owns a lovely terrace overlooking the central square. The staff were very helpful and friendly (receptionists, the handyman, housekeepers). The bed in our room was reasonably comfortable. The room size was also fine. Breakfast was ok, but with a limited choice, which might be an issue for people who stay longer.

Breakfast and all relating to the restaurant area (staff; ugly covers for chairs; lack of glasses or tea spoons...)... No parking provided.

Location (just few meters from the old town); staff at the reception and cleaning ladies; this time they actually had wi fi and it's clean and comfortable. Best value for that money.

The reception took our passports for check in and didnt give them back until check out as we were going to pay on the check out. Paying on the check out day was already written on booking.com hotels check out policy. We couldn't figure out why our passports were hold by the hotel. This was a very disturbing behaviour.

Small old hotel, but they have done their best to renovate. Terrane is super small, its more of a small balcony. Loud disco music plays from the old town until 1am. Afterwards it is very quite. Parking around the hotel can be difficult and expensive. The private lot next to the hotel is about 35 euro per day.

This hotel is all about location. You have view on the old town of Budva that is just perfect! 5 minute walk to the famous Mogren Beach. At this hotel you are in the center of everything.

I originally reserved a triple room and was given a twin room and was charged for the triple room. The wifi was poor when I was in the room and would frequently disconnect. The room itself wasn't too bad except there was no hairdryer, no toothpaste, no shampoo considering this is meant to be a 4 star hotel. The breakfast was ok, in both service and what was on offer - as breakfast starts at 7 you would expect the restaurant to be ready for those who arrive at 7 however that is not the case. A lot of the food wasn't ready and came out later than 7.

The location of the hotel was brilliant, right next to old town and nearby the the restaurants, bars and clubs on the beach. The receptionist was lovely and very friendly and would be very helpful when I was arranging transport

The hotel is very very old and no renovation has ever taken place. The breakfast was already over 30' before the declared time. The hotel has no parking and the closest parking to the hotel is private and costs 2 euros/hour during the night.

Breakfast was quite repetitive and poor. There is a bar outside the hotel which has club levels of noise up until 1:00 AM. Lack of parking (parking is around 28 euros p.d. so quite important for a property.

The room had an amazing view and had a separate sleeping area. The location is perfect within walking distance of the old city (1 min). The room service was great and everything was clean.
