Parking on the first night was a bit tricky as it was a Saturday and Budva gets really busy.

Nice quiet location, a 30 min walk from Budva old town. The room was clean and spacious. Breakfast in the garden was excellent, filling and fresh.

It was a little cramped but fine for a night passing through. I couldn't work out the tv and box, but didn't ask for help as we were there so briefly - it may be my own fault, however perhaps a little printed guide could help.

We were welcomed on arrival by the very friendly owner/manager and, being close to the bus station, it was convenient for us passing through. There were plenty of restaurants, cafes and bars in the streets around, a bit cheaper and more straightforward than those towards the beach and old town. The breakfast was an amazing surprise - really good and taken in the lovely garden. The price was reasonable given the prices elsewhere in peak season.

owner is really nice and friendly. breakfast is ok, parking is in front of “hotel”, close to slovenian beach. Nearby is nice fastfood, cheap and really tasty.

Bathroom was small but worked well with lots of hot water and plenty of pressure.

The breakfast was excellent, cooked to order, with fresh fruit, bread, juices, and a personal pot of fresh brewed coffee with hot milk. Awesome!

We had some difficulty locating the owners for check-in. It took us about 10minutes, but we found them in the restaurant (not at reception). Otherwise, everything was perfect.

The breakfast was amazing! Our room was small, but very clean, quiet and comfortable. Parking was provided across the street. Location was good.

The room is a bit older looking but everything was great!!

The unit is really neat and clean, there's quite a spacious balcony area. The bathroom was also nice with a hair dryer and towels included. The manager was super polite and helpful. Breakfast was great! The manager made a full plate of traditional food with juices and coffee and tea... The unit is also 20mins away from the old town with a market and a beach nearby.

A homely and warm hotel, the owners of the place are a husband and wife who tried very to make us feel good and pleasant and it was. We had delicious and satisfying breakfasts and one great and delicious dinner. We ate our meals in the beautiful garden which also has a pool. There is private parking and the place is close and accessible to everywhere in Budva
