The kitchen, bathrooms and the matresses could use an update and/or an upgrade. The apartment could use its own washing machine. If you have small children and/or you have difficulty walking, bear in mind that you’ll need to use several sets of stairs to get to the apartment.

The location is phenomenal! The apartment is spacious and the view from the balcony is gorgeous. The hosts are very welcoming and helpful!

Was not too clean. The pictures that they show are very bad and does not look like what we experienced.

Very close to the beach. Right outside there are some cool bars and restaurants. The room that we stayed in was large with a private lounge, kitchen and small courtyard. Great value for money.

Difficult to find. No signs. Was a little unsure about handing over our passports overnight. Never had to do that before or since. Electric switch on wall was loose. Very small room but fair enough for price.

Great location close to several fabulous veaches, a nice (but expensive) restaurant and a small grocery store.

Mr. Simo and Ms. Vesna were very kind and ready to help with anything! Excellent location to both Pržno beach and Queen’s beach. Rooms were extra clean and well equipped for our large family. We asked for an extra bed which they provided free of charge.

Everything was perfect comparing with the price, cleaned and had service room. Small room but you have everything you needed, the view was perfect.

Be aware that there is also a tourist tax (payed at the end, little surprise). The context is strange as beaches are privatised. There are beaches of 1st, 2nd and 3rd class. See this article: https://t1p.de/omxth. Translate it via deepl or another algorithm. You should know that before. 1st class in a beautiful bay is for 220,00 € per day. Write to the budva community. It will be forwarded to the "beach boss" of Montenegro.

Daily cleaning by friendly people, welcoming host who even invited to drink a "Loza", nice room, good for both relaxation and work. A lovely calm place.

It feels very taken care of and the spaces were very awkward. I would not have stayed for too long. Balcony was surrounded by other very close buildings, so not the nicest garden. Towels were very very tiny. Car park is a nightmare!

The location is great, 1 minute from the beach. Big flat with balcony and kitchen. Ideal for a few nights. Great value for money compared to other places around. A bit worn down (broken tiles, cracked walls) and certainly some work to be done, but this wasn't a problem for us.

Great location, as the apartments were close to restaurants and the beach front was a minute’s walk away. Very friendly staff, clean room and excellent value for money. My girlfriend and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Springs, would come again if visiting Sveti Stefan.
