Host oil not do enough to ensure all was well, every day checking all was good and offering to help

On arrival insisting payment was cash only, despite Booking.com approving my credit card & me showing a printed copy of this. Due to a daily limit on my banks cash withdrawals it meant visiting a cash point 4 times and each time being charged about €5 by the bank for cash withdrawal.

We loved the owner, she was so welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. The rooms were comfortable and well equipped. Really great view from the hotel, and the location was very close to the town, just a short walk to the beachfront.

There was nothing we didn't like. I would only recommend some refillable shower gel/ shampoo pumps in the shower to avoid guests buying too many. Parking can be a little tricky due to the location but we were able to find a space every time anyway.

Had a brilliant time staying here! The hosts are so so friendly and welcoming, would recommend!

Nice views of a sea under sunset from the balcony. Plenty of parking place The owners were so kind they allowed us to make a barbecue nearby (normally it is prohibited but there were no other guests)

Dangerous uphill road to the place, narrow, with several blind turns - if you are going by car. Passing trains can be a bit disturbing at night (totally ok for me)

**Positives:** The property is conveniently located near the beach and restaurants, offering easy access to local attractions. The overall atmosphere was amenable, with the transfers being efficient and well-organized. Guests enjoyed the beautiful views and the spacious balcony, which added to the experience. Additionally, the hosts were friendly and welcoming.

Although described as a villa, the property was actually a studio apartment with shared amenities and pool. One of the bedrooms lacked air conditioning, requiring us to leave the door open, which compromised privacy as friends were sleeping nearby. Our friends had to sleep in the kitchen on a double bed. Furthermore, two of our pillows were taken by the hosts because they were deemed “decorative,” leaving us with only thin pillows to sleep on. There were numerous laminated rules posted around the property, which felt restrictive. We were not allowed to have water by the pool, and the shower had poor pressure with no warm water. While the transfer service was generally good, the driver engaged in several heated arguments at petrol stations and nearly caused an accident.

It was clean and the lady we met in the evening was polite.

It was very difficult to contact and communicate with the owners, both when trying to check in and check out. Considering that it was 40 degrees outside and us not being able to check in or check out , each time for 40-60 mins , was very unpleasant . Another issue was the AC, that wasn’t working properly and made it impossible to sleep at night .

A very nice woman met me, everything was just wonderful. Thank you very much. Beautiful view from the room.

The season hasn't began jet, so all common facilities like big table, terrace and kitchen were at our full disposal - we were the only guests of the place. We were welcomed very nicely.

The season hasn't started yet, so pools didn't work. Stick, which holds shower curtain was constantly falling. There is no reception. The rooms haven't been cleaned, while we were there. Although the place states as apartments, this is more close to a hotel or a hostel, as you don't have all facilities in your room. For example, oven and table were only at the common space.
