The beach chair employees are quick to kick you away, starting before 4:30pm. I think you can stay at the beach longer, but they are just trying to go home, I guess. I get sunburned easily and want to stay later, so this is inconvenient, but I think you can just let them take the cushions, etc if you want to stay longer. Hotel-arranged taxi to the airport was a scam. The hotel itself is a long ways to SXM airport from this side of the island, but that's not an excuse for taxi scams. I would expect better from a taxi arranged by the hotel itself! Need a reservation for restaurants around the area.

Excellent location at Orient Bay! Loved the property and the location. French side of the island is near some nice restaurants, and beach bars and the windy side of the island. The room was very nice, and the location was excellent. Not a bad place to stay... The beach view was a sliver of beach, but that's to be expected. In actuality, the view was a nice, quiet open area that made for a nice sleeping experience. We could see and hear the ocean, but not a direct view.

Great location on Orient Beach and lovely outdoor set up. Safe enclosed pool area tucked in behind reception and breakfast area literally overlooking / on the beach. A super way to start the day. Sand white and seaweed cleared daily by diggers. Beach cafes and restaurants all within easy 5 minute walk covering lunch and dinner. Perfect couples retreat.

The seating at the beach was ridiculous. As a paying hotel guest you had to reserve and pay 30E for a front row chair. Also towels were limited and very thin . No washcloths.

We loved the location Right on a lovely beach. Our room, a suite on the top floor was spacious. View of the ocean was fabulous.

Location was excellent. The staff were amazing and helpful and the rooms were large ant very clean. The restaurant was on the beach, the beach chair and the location was excellent. Beach staff were accommodating and and service was great.

No rooms with beach view. Breakfast no good, and too early. Runny scrambled eggs every morning, yuck!! Not much else.

Beautiful, terrific location. Close proximity to nude beach. Will definitely be back. Highly recommended.

The breakfast is adequate, not a huge choice but what is there is done well, each to their own but we would have preferred more cereal options, yogurt, maybe more choice of eggs.

Room was superb, exceptionally clean, large spacious, plenty of storage, little kitchenette, massive comfy bed, large bathroom and an amazing shower. The staff from the reception, the pool bar, the breakfast were all really friendly and helpful.

Everything. Location was phenomenal, right on the beach. Breakfast was good. Concierge was available 24/7 and extremely helpful. Everyone from housekeeping to the manager was just exceptional. We will be coming back!!! Don’t hesitate, this place is awesome.

Cathy and the rest of the Staff are wonderful. We stayed there for 2 weeks with our 1 year old and we had a blast. The staff litterally made us feel home from the 1st to the last day, every single staff member makes sure that you don’t need anything and do their best to enhance your stay. This hotel was super clean, extremely quite, and very family friendly which we loved. The Food is amazing, the staff again is extremely nice, i’ve been working in the hospitality industry for almost 15 years and i rarely seen that amount of kindness in 1 place❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

- more variety for breakfast - I was not happy I had to pay for 150€ for a lost key: it appears a very high amount but more than that it’s nowadays unusual since most hotels have electronic keys

beautiful facility and landscaping. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Pool was clean. Décor modern and fun. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast location and food selection was lovely. Several minute walk to just about anything you desire including shopping, food market, and fabulous dining options.
