There isn't much that I didn't like.

All of the staff as usual were extremely pleasant, and overall great people. The restaurant was great, and the food was wonderful. This is my 2nd time here, and it's not a surprise that it was just about perfect. I can't wait to come back!

Everything was perfect. The restaurant was amazing, menu was exceptional. Really appreciated the piano player, the staff went all out to help me and my girlfriend see the sites. I really can’t wait to come back.

Small fitness room.

We very much enjoyed our stay in this hotel. The price is decent. It has the charm of bed and breakfast like making us feel staying in a home as opposed to grand hotels. The personel is nice and helpful. The location has a spendid view to the town, and it is convenient.

The pool was a bit cold and could not manage to get in. Also there were a lot of mosquitos. The hotel is not in such a good area, it is difficult to walk to other restaurants because of the crowded area but you could easily take a taxi.

The wi-fi was good but I had an Orange data sim for working remotely. Breakfast was good. The restaurant at the hotel had very good food.

Very friendly staff and great location. We stayed two nights which was the perfect amount of time. They offer various spa- and beauty treatments which we highly recommend. Also, the driver that did our transfer to/from the airport is the best! He told us all about Antananarivo and took us to the places we wanted to see. He was super friendly and had lots of tips to share on the area.

Forthcoming staff, nice view on Tana from the terrasse. They arranged a good a navette from Ivato airport. We were driven safely and without issue eventhough or plane was late.

1) Payment. For every EUR you had to pay 4590 MGA, conversely you had to pay 1/3940 EUR per MGA, i.e a 15% difference (for reference, the exchange offices offered 4300 buy / 4700 sell, meaning less than 9% diff). They're not a bank so fair enough that they'd charge a premium for this "service" you could say. But two important things need to be considered. A) EUR is widely used currency, so used that you can't even pay in MGA in their airport. Thus, EUR is not a huge inconvenience so it seemed like they just wanted to earn money on this. B) Every other hotel in Madagascar we stayed at didn't stray too far from 4200/4400 rate, less than a 5% difference. Moreover, they wanted you to pay as soon as you arrived. We had been travelling all day and came late, so we were quite weary, but we had to settle then and there and wait 10-15 minutes for them to print out bills and stuff. 2) The floors were dirty and no slippers were provided in the rooms.

Staff were very friendly and the pool was nice. Location was excellent.
