No bath or kitchen towel but got a towel on Day 3. Taxi from here is difficult despite manager's attempt to ring one for me. So walk to bus station (12 ) for cab rank. Stone Bridge in downtown is a 25 minute walk along the river However, I must caution elderly and others with a balance problem to avoid Apartment 1 at least- the spiral staircase is precipitous with no rail and step 4 up from the floor is unstable.

The stairs were the only thing we really had an issue with, as we had bigger people it was a bit of a squeeze for them to get up but that’s not the apartments fault it’s a personal issue!

It was close, walking distance to the centre, it was really clean and had more or less everything you would expect! It was a really good bargain for our group of 6! There was a pool there which we thought was good! Anything we needed sorted the owner was more than happy to do for us. If you are planning a trip to Skopje I would reccomend staying here.

The apartment was not cleaned properly. Still a lot of dust everywhere. Everything is run down (the towels, the bed, the toilet, the tap, the stairs). The whole place needs to be freshened up. The garden has a lot of mosquitos. Bring repellent.

The wifi at the apartment was quite bad and it kept cutting out, we weren't even able to check into our flight on the wifi. The bed and pillows at the apartment was also not very comfortable to sleep on for multiple nights.

The pool at the apartments was really nice, especially because we were there in summer. The apartment was very spacious for two people and the location is also really great walking to the city centre is not too far. There were lots of tours offered by the host, we went on a tour to Orhid which I would recommend if you don't have a chance to stay there for a longer time.

Location is short distance from center but it's dark at night and some areas difficult to walk due to rain spots in streets, when check out no one was at reception i left the key with message on paper eve i got back to collect my bag no one was there

I like almost everything but as a recommandation, more things in the kitchen, like a coffee machine or more chairs to stay around the table for breakfast.

The room was very large and cosy, the bathroom was ok, the kichenette corner was very good. The host was there, I have communicated really good with him via whatsapp, I have changed the dates of coming and it was ok with him.

Perhaps the kitchen amenities could have been better on arrival, but after asking for what i needed, that was put right. The nighttime neighborhood can get a bit noisy at times, but that is part of the charm and nothing a good set of earplugs can't handle.

This is an excellent value for money, close to shops/city/station, location/option. The pool is cool (but I appeared to be the only one using it). Apartment serves my "basic comfort" needs very well (I come here yearly for the Skopje running event). The balcony (I had a 1st floor studio) overlooks the pool also with a great view of the "cross on the mountain" (Vodno), and is a great place to chill and take in the vibes of the place/environment. The little vending machine is a bit of a life saver (esp after a long day traveling form UK). Pool towels are very welcome too.

Our room was on the first floor and exactly in front of our door to go out into the garden - there was floodlight/lamp and in the evening (when it gets dark) there was full with insects.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The location is good and we had everything we need in short distance. There is a parking which is big plus for us, because we are traveling by car. Into the room we had everything we need.

Apartments do have the potential of being actually Luxury but they need some attention. I understood they will be renovated by the end of the year. Cleanliness could be a litte better. I stayed a week and there is no cleaning service. I did not mind yet there is nothing in the apartment to do it yourself. That could be improved. Even though you have a kitchen the kitchenware is very limited ( 6 plates, 5 spoons, 2 forks, 1 knife, 2 pans, 1 colander, 1 drinking glass, 2 wine glasses and 2 coffeemugs ) and the offer is probably different depending on the apartment. Could be consistent and sufficient for selfcatering. Just some thoughts of improvement, overall I enjoyed the stay

Perfectly located close to the center of Skopje. Well kept garden with a nice refreshing pool. Located in a resedential quiet area. Small supermarket at 200 meters for necessities en fresh bread in the morning. Huge supermarket at 550 meters ( Vero Center). The apartments are nice . 2 floors with quite a steep staircase. The bathroom is sufficient yet small. It did not bother me by the way but yeah, they are small. Overall I enjoyed my stay and it would be a place to return to. I really appreciated the flexibility of the transfer after my flight was delayed, delayed and delayed again. Thank you for that. Owner very responsive to the messages. Vendingmachines available on site but bring euro coins since it will be a litte hard to find so many coins in Macedonian Denars. Definitely value for money. Fresh towels always available which is a big plus. Internet always available and stable.

The soundproofing isn't great and unfortunately the people in the next room were very noisy.

The location was good, just a ten minute walk from the city centre, and also close to the main train and bus station. The room had everything needed for the stay, and was very comfortable. The garden and pool area were really nice, and the hosts were very friendly and helpful.

The toilet and shower are together without a shower curtain. After showering the whole bathroom is wet. Also the bathroom is transparent/see through. With a (tiny) curtain you can get some privacy while using the toilet. One of the frying pans didn't work with the induction cooking equipment

Location is perfect for arriving from the airport, or going to the bus station and taking a bus to Matka Canyon and / or Millennium Cross for a day trip, or travelling to Bitola by bus. Seats outside by the pool are very relaxing and useful for a cup of coffee in the morning. Very nice garden & pool view and environment!

The cleanliness could be improved.

We liked the location in a non-touristy, yet within walkable reach of the center, neighbourhood. It's an enclosed yard with several houses and a pool in the center. The house was not amazingly clean but alright for a couple of days. There is a kitchen, however with really minimal equipment. We liked there is a leveled entrance and we could park our bicycles safely.
