There was a lot of ants in my room, I was just praying that I didn't bring any of them in my suitcase.

The place was great, with magnificent view and excellent food. The pool is nice and the prices of drinks over there are acceptable.

The interior needs to be renovated. Very outdated. Hotel should also remove all the wasp nests from the balcony. Made going out on the balcony less than desirable.

The pool and access to the lake, plus the amazing view is what makes this property.

Facilities were quite worn, bathroom was quite small (hard to have more than 1 person in), also lacked a shower curtain. Staff were not always the most helpful and laundry service could have been more honest with timings. One of the wall sockets blew one of our adaptors. Limited pescatarian and vegetation options for breakfast.

Lovely location right on Lake Ohrid, good sized bedroom with nice views. Nicely cooked trout on lunch and dinner menus. Nice looking swimming pools, though we didn’t use them since the lake was so close.

The bathroom in our room did not have proper ventilation. They charge extra for sunbeds both by the pool and the lake (150 denars/bed for hotel guests).

The hotel has direct access to the lake and is surrounded by pine trees which give plenty of natural shade. The staff is super professional and polite. The included breakfast and other food we ordered at the restaurant was great as well. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at this property.

The receptionist when we arrived wasn’t at all helpful. No aircon in rooms. No parking place.

The best thing was the beach, beautiful clear waters of Ohrid lake and the amazing sunset view from room 525/526. The variety for Breakfast and Dinner was Ok but you can’t find a clean table set up. We always had to ask for clean cutlery. Receptionists not helpful at all or to try finding a suitable solution. I called and write to them to ask for two rooms to be next to each other and they confirmed but when we arrived they give one of the room and wasn’t possible to get two rooms next to each other and the parking place was not available even do we had a wheelchair and asked previously for a parking space. Location of the hotel is excellent. The Junior suite was dated, air conditioning wasn’t working at all although we reported to the receptionist and someone come to fix it but they couldn’t fix it, there wasn’t enough towels. The surrounding around the hotel was always clean and the public places in the hotel was cleaned regularly.

Internet did not really work in the rooms which was annoying, and the food is not great. Do definitely not take the buffet but opt for à la carte. Not many non-resort restaurants on walking distance

Very good location and a good resort. This is a quite large resort comprised of 2-3 hotels. There are not many activities to do around the resort so a two night stay felt reasonable. Lovely to have the mountains in the back and the beautiful lake in front. Plenty of sunbeds. Easy to take a taxi to central Ohrid

The bathroom needs a thorough renovation, water was leaking from under the sink, moldy borders at the spa and the drain was smelling. The balcony should also be swept sometimes. The air conditioning was working worse this year.

Room hygiene is at a low level. The bathroom in my room was in bad condition, water leaked from the shower. Dinner is properly prepared, but more or less the same every night.

The location of the hotel and the beach are excellent. Waiters, receptionists, and beach workers are kind and ready to help.

The restrooms outside the hotels and the restrooms on the beach are not clean enough and some parts from the equipments must be adjust or replace with new ones. The one public shower and one of the water-taps in the front of the hotels must be repaired. The deck chairs on the beach, umbrellas and other equipment must be cleaned. The air conditioners in the rooms have to be repaired or replaced with new generation of silent coolants.

Location. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Clean lawns around hotels and water pools as well as in the restrooms in the common areas into hotels.

There was no cleanliness, the breakfast was at the level of a 3-star hotel, the air conditioning is old, noisy and not cooling the room.

The beach and lake is wonderful

The air-conditioning was weak, it was very hot in the room. The receptionists were very slow, and not very polite, they were always talking on the phone, while guests were waiting.

Great view, large balcony, clean rooms, the pool is nice and not crowded. The beach is very nice, good bar and restaurant.
