Old, lots of damages, not maintained well, can be very noisy from weddings, too expensive, not many options for snacks during the day, some arras are even not opened (bar at reception hall). this hotel needs some sincere investment

Waterpark is the main reason why to book there.

A pillow case was dirty. It kind of a ruined the whole impression. The fridge was left open and over heated, with ice melting from it. Maintenance and hygiene should be more focussed on.

Location was wonderful, sunrise, lake view from the terrace. Hotel staff was exceptionally nice and helpful.

No bar at the main lobby. You could not even have a coffee or a bottle of water. The beach bar is closed by 18:00 (17:45 actually) where actually the people were staying there a lot longer and it was needed to be at least 19:00.

A lot of spaces for kids to go around near the lake, good views, good location, good rooms. Staff was friendly

The insufficient cleanliness of the rooms. A five-star hotel should make sure the rooms are immaculate.

The location and the premises are great. The private beach, aquapark, two pools and spa are really fantastic. As it was raining on one afternoon, we could spend a few hours in the spa area. Also, for 15 Euros, guests who have booked bed&breakfast can enjoy a great buffet dinner. The food was excellent. One more thing we liked was how kind all the staff members were. A special greeting to Ajla at the reception desk!

It can be better and of course it muat be renovated. Unfortunately, is missing a vision how to manage it correctly.

Cant swim on the pool because water was to cold also the ambience is cold , i come to this hotel mostly for the SPA but im dissapointed and will not come again.

Water pressure in the shower was almost non-existent. The menu choices were limited and the food was hit-and-miss. There was absolutely no pork on the menu or at breakfast and the offered beef/chicken alternatives were subpar.

Peaceful location, away from the ordinary every-day city noise. The staff were very kind and forthcoming.

The maintenance in the room and the aqua park has to be much better. Looks like what’s broken is not being replaced or fixed.

Front desk staff member with name Duško was not willing to to help us and give us a second card room key according to him there were none available. After moving to ask the other person for a second key she gave me the second key. I would like to mention that if you have only one key and you happen to have to leave the room the nothing works in the room (AC, heater, power) due to all mentioned necessity above work only if you have a card key plugged in. He was being rude and irritated when I was trying to ask for the second key and the necessity to have the second key.

The food was really amazing with plenty of choice. The beach bar had a great atmosphere and amazing views. The aquapark is big and lots of fun , percect for families and kids. Overall l, a very enjoyable stay!

I was with my family in Hotel Izgrev Spa & Aquapark and honestly we had great t ime. The location is amazing, right next to the lake, you wake up and se e the water infront of you. Rooms are nice and clean, not too fancy but very comfortable, and balcony view was wow. My kids spend most of the day in aquapark, they really loved the slides and poools, so much energy there. For me the spa was perfect, i could relax while kids was playing. The sauna and pool inside are very good, i feel refreshed after. Food was good also, breakfast have a lot of choice, everyone in family find something they like. At dinner we try both local dishes and international, all tasty. Staff is very friendly, they help us with eeverything we ask, always smiling. Overall, we enjoy a lot our stay. For families is really top place, kids happy, parents happy too. We will for sure come back again.

Perfect lakeside getaway! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Beautiful location, clean and spacious rooms, super friendly staff. The aquapark is so much fun and the spa is pure relaxation. Quiet, peaceful, and ideal for a family holiday or a romantic escape. Highly recommend!
