Check in was good, the personnel were great. The room was as expected and the breakfast was really good. The best aspect of the hotel is the location.

Nothing that affected my stay too badly, but it's worth noting that the junior suite is in a separate building around the corner from the main hotel. The lift up to the floor wasn't working when I was there and looked a bit rickety at the best of times, so people with mobility issues might want to avoid booking those rooms, as it is a climb of three flights of stairs up to the rooms in that part of the hotel.

The room was fantastic. I booked the junior suite, which has a balcony overlooking the central square, and it was really nice just being able to sit outside and watch the city pass by. The staff were also really friendly and helpful. There were some very minor issues during my stay that had very little impact on me (a bit of renovation work and a lift problem that was not their fault at all), but the staff were kind enough to give me a discount on the price because of this. Again, it had no effect on a very pleasant stay, but I was appreciative that they paid attention to such things. Even without the discount, this hotel is great value for money given its location and the quality of its accommodation.

Modern and clean. Very centrally located just off Macedonia Square but still quiet. Staff were very accommodating and helped me with navigation and contacting my family after I broke my phone during my stay, which was hugely appreciated. Thank you!

I don’t know if they changed the dining area because of the renovation but the area was underground. We stayed at the first floor and from our windows we could’t see the street exactly.

The breakfast area opens at 8 am, which is very inconvenient for business travelers who have to start with meetings early. Also, breakfast area is two levels down, there is no venting, and because they grill things, it was full of smoke. I had to go upstairs again and change clothes before I continue with my meetings

The breakfast was the only negative. you can select among 5-6 choices, not so delicious and there was no buffee. Moreover, the room was underground and dark (although it was clean).

Very nice room, very clean and comfortable enough for 1-2 persons, with large window and very nice mattress. Very well located and safe. The reception was very friendly and helpful. I strongly recommend it.

Cosy hotel at the very heart of the city center. The staff was super helpful and welcoming. Transfer frrom and to the airport was a convenient option. The room was comfortable and I had everything I needed. Breakfast was a la carte and tasty. Would stay again.

It was not perfectly clean and the room doesn't have direct sunlight so the light has to be turned on all day. Nevertheless, it seems perfect for a business trip.

The hotel restaurant and main square were noisy in the evening but these did both quieten down later.

This hotel is in a great location, right on the main square and walkable to all the main attractions in Skopje. We had a great view of the square from our window. See my photo from the window. We had a triple room which was comfortable with very effective and quiet air conditioning. Helpful as it was very warm during our stay. Breakfast was good and you could choose what you wanted from a menu rather than a buffet. Great coffee ! The staff could not have been more helpful when our pre-booked taxi (booked through booking.com) back to the airport did not arrive. The receptionist used his own mobile phone to chase up the taxi driver and then eventually booked us another taxi which turned up in a few minutes. I would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay there next time I am in Skopje.

We had a room with a window on the square, and the music from the square (and the hotel restaurant) was quite loud. But it stopped around 11pm, so it didn't bother us much in the end.

The staff was incredibly helpful and extremely nice. They were very proactive, flexible, and solved any single little trouble we had, and even anticipated some of our needs. It was the best staff I've ever experienced in a hotel. There was a lot of choice for breakfast, the portions were generous and it was very good.
