The villa is in the old town area. You should leave your car outside because without a passcard you cannot enter the old town. Even if you enter the old town somehow, it will not be easy for you to find a parking spot besides the roads are very tight. This is just information, not a complaint.

A tricky parking and narrow streets.

Location of apartments was in the center of.the Ohrid.city. A beautiful view from.a balcony. Spaciuos rooms. Owners of apartments were friendly and hospitable :) A parking place is available on site. Bedroom has an intresting heritage detail a huge rock inside room.

Zoran is a great host. Our journey was delayed due to traffic and Zoran was very patient to pick us up from the carpark. The flat was spacious with a great view of the lake. The location is very central and close to the attractions. Zoran treated us to coffee as well and it was great to chat with the locals!

Sometimes air-conditioner couldn’t heat very well but still it wasn’t very cold.

Wonderful view. Clean and neat. Owners were warm, hospitable and quite helpful. They waited for us even though we arrived very late and they even put some Turkish tea bags for us :)

The view! It is incredible and waking up to it is so special. Also staying in the old town is the best way to stay in Orhid to really soak up this beautiful historical city.

For a 4 night stay, paper towels, tissues & extra toilet paper would be helpful for apartment guests. We used 2 small toilet paper rolls also for small cleaning. A broom & dustpan would be nice. The host's are incredibly responsive when messaged. With a beautiful apartment stay, it's nice to have it stocked without bothering to ask for more.

Unrivaled gorgeous view over Ohrid!!! Friendly & helpful owners with good communication. They also helped reserve a dinner that was booked up! Excellent location, within 5 mins walking distance to everything in Ohrid. Ample space with large wardrobe, dresser & bedside tables. Very clean. Quiet with good soundproofing. Incredibly comfortable bed & pillows with extra blankets. Large & cold mini bar with welcome bottled water & Alexandria Macedonian white wine. The apartment power turns off when the key card is removed but the mini bar does stay on. Coffee machine with pods, teas and coffee cups along with wine glasses. Extra touches are a clothing dry rack, ironing board, clothing iron, umbrella & guest slippers. Entire apartment is very well lit with multiple options to include the bathroom. Shower is large and hot water was sufficient. The fan works great to get rid of the humidity. Powerful small hairdryer. Great smelling soaps. Electrical outlets next to bed and many in the room, 2 in the bathroom. Parking at the apartment, recommended only for small cars. At the old gate, show someone your hotel reservation and they’ll let you past the barred gate. The road is very narrow, cobbled & steep at times. Use Villa Una in google maps, not the apartment address!

The location is uphill a little - it's not fun to carry bags up there, especially in the heat! But this is not a criticism of the property itself.

Great experience all round. The view from the balcony is superb - I can't imagine there being many better vantage points from which to see over Ohrid. The apartment itself is modern and very clean. The owner was friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

There's nothing we didn't like. Everything was great.

First of all, the host welcomed us very well. She responded positively to our early check-in request. When we entered the room, we had a wonderful view of the lake. The location is amazing. Waking up to that view every morning is a wonderful experience. In addition to such a view, we stayed in a wonderful clean and brand new room. The location is within walking distance to everywhere in old city. It is right next to a concert area and we were lucky enough to watch the national jazz orchestra live one night from our balcony, it was a great experience. When we first arrived we were offered melon and wine as a gift, which was very nice. The room was without a doubt of luxury hotel quality. Probably the best place in Ohrid. We would definitely like to stay again next time we come.

Only downside was getting there by car, very busy and narrow streets. Drivers are aggressive and undisciplined, do not give way to ANYONE.

Nothing, but you did know that if you self driver like we did, entry to the old town is restricted to residents of ohrid and holiday guests, so you will need to show your reservation to drive in. Once you're in, this is real old town Macedonia with narrow cobbled streets, so if driving be prepared for some tight squeezes

Jane was lovely, and made us very welcome. On entering the complex of two villas, we were struck by the calm,decor, and scent, then when we entered the room we couldn't believe the view of the lake througt the picture window onto the balcony. We loved the hanging chair and spent lots of time looking over the old town and watching the boats. The huge mirror was a lovely touch, adding to the modern practicality and open feel of the room. The bed seems to be memory foam mattress and very comfortable.while the walk in rainforest shower in the bathroom was perfect. Nice touches included the fridge to keep bottled water cool, and Jane's hospitality including the wine tea, coffee, bottled water, grapes and even ice cream on our last night ( I don't know if all guests get that but it was a lovely touch). I don't know what happens when there are concerts in the theatre right below the balcony, but if you book your dates right, who knows you might have box seats for free.. We'd never thought of Macedonia before so only booked 2 nights as part of a Balkan tour. We wished we'd booked longer.

We have been to more than 50 countries and stayed in hundreds of homestays, this is probably the most comfortable homestay we have ever stayed in, we stayed in this ancient city for four days, unfortunately their business is very good, but we were lucky enough to stay in their home for two days, their location is very good, overlooking the entire ancient city and the lake, it is very convenient to walk to the ancient city by the lake, and it is very quiet. Their home is newly decorated, the design is very tasteful, the details are very good, especially their bed, fully up to the five-star hotel bed, I can see that they are very careful in the management of their own home, back to the room like back to their own home, especially in the balcony looking at such a beautiful scenery, we almost spent the whole afternoon on the balcony to see the scenery. The couple were very warm, and the dessert was very, very delicious. After we left, they helped us book the bus tickets. I think if we come back again, we will definitely choose their house.
