Centrally located though the entrance is at the rear of the building with door bell to the 2nd floor. Bobi, the manager arranged the tour to the Gobi Desert & provided the sleeping bag. Since I didn’t have a jacket, she lent me the traditional Mongolian costume called “deel” which I worn on the chilly nights. The accommodation is basic but comfortable, clean & cozy with kitchen where you can replenish your flask with drinking water. The WiFi works well even in the rooms. The staff are friendly and informative. I highly recommend this hostel.

Such a nice and lovely place. Perfect location, best tours and so helpful! Also good place to meet other solo travellers... Airport bus drops you off just 5 mins away by walk.

I recommend this place but the following are things for future guests to be aware of, regarding the tours: -The tour to Terelj national park goes just to the entrance of the park, around the turtle rock and a nearby monastery. The area is not wild (there are parking lots, shops, cattle) . Consider other options if you want to enjoy nature or hiking. -The driver of the tours may not speak English, so they cannot give you any insight about the places being visited. Read beforehand about the places or you will not know where you are.

Staff is very knowledgeable and can organize many things efficiently. The location is really great because is walking distance to nearly any attraction in Ulan Bator. Overall this is a convenient place that I would book again.

Only 1 shower was a bit annoying and no social common space, and the rooms have a lot of furniture so feel quite cramped

The owner is so incredibly helpful and kind. The cutest kitchen and good very helpful staff! Free tea and coffee was very good too!

The guesthouse has an excellent location! It's convenient to everything and the staff is incredibly helpful. They helped me with a lot of stuff and did not even charge me for it. I deeply appreciate their kindness and all they did for me. Will definitely come back!

As already mentioned, it can get a bit cramped when it is full, and there should be one more toilet ( without a capacity draining double function as bathroom as well). Except from this, there isn't really anything to whine about.

It is a place that is very centrally located in regards to attractions, eating opportunities and getting to and from the bus terminals, train station and airport. It is safe and clean and feels quite homely. That said, when it is at full capacity, it gets a bit cramped, and during periods, toilet capacity is too small. And, especially in one of the dorms, there is very little space. One thing that really makes this place a good base for a full time traveller, are staff. Bobby is a very reliable go to person when it comes to get things arranged and done. From something as simple as bus tickets, to bigger tours. Being an UB native, she obviously knows a bit or two about the city. Her right hand Julia, is the travellers sunshine. She brightens everyone's day. A very nice person and a welcome sight after a gruelling long Mongolian bus journey.

It is a small place, so it gets cramped when it is at full capacity.

It's a homely place that is conveniently located for most of the attractions in UB. It is also fairly good located in regards to getting to the airport, Train station and dragon bus terminal. Bobby can help organise lot of things in Mongolia, and her helper Julia is a smiling sunshine brightening everybodys day.

Decent location in UB. Bobby is amazingly helpful is planning things in UB and has some good tours on offer. Good atmosphere while I stayed in the hostel.

The price was quite steep for a hostel/guesthouse.

The location was smack dab in the city centre which allows you to visit all tourist spots by foot. And their tour packages were really affordable. The staff were friendly and amazing. Great place to interact with other travelers alike.

The host: she is tricky In Terms of tours, only money oriented, no willing to help if there is not a solid profit behind.,infact despite I have been her customare for 12 days she never helped me with info's related another hostel in another town whereas she is not in competition with. Bad experience

What a nice hostel and lovely staff! I booked the place for a few days based on its location and good reviews and I must say I was a little skepcital at first but this place fully deserves its high rating. The hostel is located centrally, and everything you might need is in walking distance. It’s kept clean and orderly at all times. Bathrooms are cleaned nearly after every use, beddings are clean and smell fresh. The lounge area is like a living room where you can chat with other travellers and the place generally feels like home away from home. The owner, Bobbi, helps you with literally everything. The staff is nice and friendly. They would go out of their way to help you and you can sense that they are genuinely happy to have you there. Although this was a stepping stone in my journey, it certainly became one of its highlights. I would recommend this place with full confidence to any traveller. Liked it all.

Good location near the City center, comfortable bed with an electrical point and further sockets in the dormitory room. Staff were friendly and the manageress was amazingly helpful with travel queries and booking an airport shuttle for me. Free tea and coffee all day. Enough toilet and shower facilities. A great place to stay and book tours.

- Kitchen/dining area is very small. Essentially 1-2 people at a time can eat. - The laundry service is washing-only, you must hang the clothes up to dry in your room. You're given enough clothes hangers, but it feels a bit cramped. - I was asked to give a perfect 10 on booking.com. Ehhhh. I don't like that.

- I really liked the location, quite central, but the entrance faces a courtyard which is calmer and quieter than surrounding central Ulanbaatar. - Laundry service is available for an OK price. - Bobby is very helpful, including helping with transport planning and booking bus tickets. Julia is helpful too. - Beds are quite comfy. - I found the amount of bathrooms to be OK, though some are shower-only and some are toilet-only. It was only a problem for self-entitled people who booked a hostel with common bathrooms but then found the idea of waiting 15mins for a turn in the shower to be an impossible burden.
