The restaurant in the breakfast time always smelling bad from the cooking smoke and always stick to the cloths so daily I have to change my cloths to eat and then again to go out , room is fine yet pillows we're very high and the blanket is very thick and hot end up sweating in the morning , AC performance is very good and window need maintenance the shower area also need maintenance

Location is good , many things walking distance, mall , restaurants, cafes , Halal options also around , the manager was very nice and helping big shout out to him , Garden and sitting place outside is also nice

We only stayed one night and arrived very late. We liked the 24 hour reception, clean room, comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast.

The newly refurbished bathrooms look great but there is no shower cabin or curtain, so each time you shower you cause a minor flood in the bathroom which is a bit inconvenient. The TV only had movies on demand, no fun local TV, which I was hoping to watch a bit.

Bar service was not very good, and the room was too bright. The shower door did not close properly. Check out took quite a bit of time.

The reception in the early morning was not really awake and the guard was sleeping on a sofa and snoring - no burglar could have waken him up. Unfortunately, no wardrobe and only few hangers to place your clothes.

Perfect place and situation in the heart of the city with all monuments, restaurants and shopping near-by. Spacious rooms with air-con and a stylish bathroom. The breakfast was extraordinary good.

Apart from reception and cleaning employees, I didn’t see any service at all. I was going to get laundry done — I was told that somebody will come and pick it up. Then I ordered room service. Having waited for 2 hours, I didn’t get any of that. Was totally ignored. If you don’t provide these services, just say it, and don’t make me wait for you forever.

The location is right in the city center with many places in a walking distance. Interior is in the style of Soviet decadence which is quite charming. The twin room was spacious and comfortable.

Staff are so helpful and friendly. The room is just my style, clean, order and comfortable. The Si Chuan Restaurant located on the 6 Floor of the hotel provides genuine food and is the best I had in the past few years.

Lobby is quite dark and they even switch-off the lights in the evening and early morning. It would be more welcoming if the lights stay on. The bar in the lobby is already closing at 18:00, so we couldn't really use it.

The ladies at the front desk were very friendly and competent. Big thank you! It was very helpful that you can exchange money with the front desk. Very efficient process. Breakfast was nice with all sorts of variety. Rooms are spacious, bright and comfortable, equipped with a fridge.
