The staff across all touch points provided exceptional service and friendliness, whether it be check in, house keeping, concierge and so forth. Special shout out to Rocky Yang who showed me the shuttle bus location and carried my bags all the way.

The hotel was very clean and brightly-lit, from the lobby till the hotel room itself. Service at the hotel was also exceptionally great! We enjoyed the room service for dining and the hotel’s staff were all very friendly and detailed. They made sure to check that we were doing fine during our stay everyday. In particular, we appreciate the friendliness and excellent service provided by two of the front desk staffs — Alex and Kary (if I did get their names right). They were very warm and friendly when we approached them for check-in upon arrival. They even went the extra mile to introduce to us the different places we could visit in Macau, as well as routes we could take to reach tourists attractions. It was also extra effort from them to provide us with an extra room card when they saw that there were 3 of us. Thank you Galaxy Macau! Looking forward to my next stay there!

The staff, Elle, is very welcoming, friendly and caring. She arranged a delicious cake to celebrate our anniversary and asked about how we felt about the stay when we checked out. A nice room on higher floor with excellent view was arranged for us. The room is well-designed, very clean and tidy. There are plenty of free drinks and snacks provided in the room, which is a surprise to us.

From the moment we arrived we were impressed, we were greeted by Peter who assited us to check in and some good advice on attractions. The room was great, comfortable, great amenities and very clean. The over service over our stay was excellent nothing was too difficult. Very impressed.

The only thing I was missing was cotton ear buds in the vanity kit.

The room is modern and fully equipped. The staff were exceptionally helpful. There are a multitude of dining facilities and shops on-site. Taxi was available any time I needed it.

Frequency of shuttle bus to airport could be slightly improved, perhaps every 20 mins instead of 35-40 mins.

Good location, attentive and helpful staff, clean and comfortable room with free mini bar. The grand resort deck looks nice and well maintained. Wide selection of restaurants to cater for various budget. Also convenient to take public transport (MRT and buses) less than 5 mins walk

The housekeeping staff were excellent. Special thanks go to Jessica who did my room 20155 during my stay 10-13 Nov. She did an excellent job seeing to our needs. All other staff were friendly and helpful too.

The bed was too firm for my liking, ideally there would be the option of requesting a softer bed topper on booking.

Staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, they really went out of their way to assist us. The wave pool and jacuzzi area is fantastic. Good choice of food, restaurants and shops in the hotel complex.

Hotel should provide free shuttle bus to different hotels so that we don't need to walk or take taxi.

Very good customer service and nice room. Thanks for the birthday deco in the room and free cake for our birthday celebration. They even have choices to choose type of pillows that you like. And it's a kids friendly place. We spent so much time at the pool and also kids club which provides different type of activities. Special shoutout to all staff at kids club who did the good job, especially Umesh who shared so much info to us. Regrettably that we couldn't extend one more night due to no room left. We will definitely come back here again.

Love that they made the stay for my son extra special with all the gifts and amenities. The pool/water park are fun, and the shops and restaurants below makes it very convenient.

The rooms are excellent, and the chandeliers along with the decoration is magnificent. Truly an enjoyable stay with impeccable service from their staff. A must recommend for all travellers to Macau.
