    Resort Restaurant is good but overpriced, especially the drinks; Rooms are nice but would need some renovations soon

    I've stayed in hundreds of hotels in my life and this one was by far the worst: it started from check in - the room given was not the one i paid for, i had long discussions to get the right room - it took 1+ day, multiple support from booking to get the right room. There's nothing to do in this hotel - really nothing - no activities, no shops, not even music in the cafes. The staff is extremely lazy and inattentive - they forget requests - forgot to order my taxi to the airport, i had to carry my luggage to the car. The food is very basic, not fresh and overprices. Every Monday there is drop of canalization to the sea and the smell of that is horrible. For the same money you can go to 5 stars on Seychelles or Maldives - and this hotel is really hardly 2 or 3 stars

    Elevator does not work and nobody bothers breakfast is traditional french and british not 2018 not for international public no food for vegatarians the service is slow

    Maybe it was a good resort 20 years ago, during this time they have invested nothing in the resort, so basically everything is old and broken. It would be maybe acceptable for twice lower price. If you stay in this resort, be ready for stinky bed. It is located in very windy beach, so forget about swiming/snorkeling, since all the beach is full with kites. If you are kiter, this resort is for you. During 7 days of stay, breakfast did not change a single time. Once we tried a dinner and it was worst spent 100€ per food during all stay in Martinique. Better to eat in nearby Orchidees restaurant.

    It was a quite calm place. Staff is quite nice.

    We booked a night there also because of the spa which unfortunately was closed on tuesday. The cocktail bar was open only for the weekend. The management of this two places in terms of opening times could be slightly improved

    Beautiful place, well kept and close to the lagoon. Junior suite was huge and the balcony amazing. Not very nice beaches nearby but the pier towards the lagoon is amazing. Huge swimming pool.

    5 star prices for 3 star experience. Very little choice on the restaurant menu and mediocre food. Enthusiastic but inexperienced staff results in spotty service. The property is a bit run down.

    The hotel desperately needs money spending on it. The rooms need modernizing. The service in the hotel left a lot to be desired. The food in the restaurant was not good and yet was very overpriced. The beach bar was only open for 2 hours a day. The staff were fairly clueless.

    The bay is very attractive.

    Resolving issues should be much faster. We didn't get replacement for the beach towels and after waiting 30 minutes at the reception we gave up.

    Need to improve house red wine by the glass. Both Bordeaux and Cote du Rhone poor.

    Service, Service, Service Lack of attention to detail; room cleaning didnt replace toiletries/towels, room service always forgot something on the order, daily water bottle replaced 3 times over 10 day stay. Very rude lady working in Spa area.
