The parking on site was an issue. My cousin came to visit and was not allowed to park on site for even 30 minutes. We had three rooms for two night and should have been able to have a parking spot for a short duration.

Great family friendly place. Nice pool and a good seaside resort.

The buffet was not to the standards we were expecting. We found it overpriced, the food was not warm, undercooked and the selection was poor. The only items we were able to eat were the Frites and the Ice Cream.

The pool and beach were spectacular. Great layout of the facility, felt safe walking around at night.

I apologize for the delay in replying due to very busy work issues. Even now we all remember in the family as a wonderful vacation. splendid hospitality, very kind people and a dream place. Morover a huge compliment to La Matrinque and its inhabitants and visitors: the beaches were all spotless. Bravi. We miss those days.

The toilet smelled like Pee from the day we got there. The smell was very bad. They should really focus on cleaning the bathroom with something That would take away the smell. I hated going to the bathroom.

I love the property, everything was very nice and accommodating to our every needs.

My A/C always seemed to be struggling so the room was never really cold except in the small hours of the morning. There is a step down from the narrow shower doorway that some, less able, may find difficult. The water in the room was cold but was soon fixed once I'd reported it.

Had a very big room, good sized bed and balcony. There's kitchen facilities on the balcony including a sink, hob, dishwasher and fridge. Plenty of utensils for knocking out a decent small meal. Nothing better than sitting out, enjoying the view with a bacon sandwich and a coffee. The pool was quiet and big enough to accommodate quite a few people although it was never busy. Despite the hotel being full, there was never a feeling that it was, even at breakfast. Full praise for the reception staff (Nancy and Tania), who were very helpful, even managing to extend our stay, despite it being a busy weekend.

I was pleasantly surprised about our stay. We were in Martinique building with direct view of the pool and sea which was amazing when taking breakfast or dinner.

Lack of daily room cleaning. Guests have to clean kitchenette and take out trash. Dated exterior and interior (bathrooms and furniture). Stingy on toilet paper and towels. We had to pay for some sort of tax which wasn't disclosed at check in.

The room were supposed to have air conditioning. It had an air exchanger system but the room never reached the temperature we set the thermostat at.

First room had no phone, no tv, no wifi. Staff knew and didn't tell, didn't care. Next room, after asking for general manager, was fine. But reception staff was extremely unpleasant.

A/C went down and not fixed for 3 days and NO FANS? Shower pipe was broken and drain wasn’t working . They only clean and give you towels every 4 days ( with a kitchen and bathroom it gets stinky). We got locked inside our room because the door handle broke and the front desk wasn’t answering the phone ….we had to holler down to get someone to help us ( mind you we don’t have the best the best French) There is never parking and one night we parked not in a space someone let the air out of our tire? We had to find a tire place to fix it. The restaurant is buffet only and it’s pretty expensive. The food was not great for 30 Euro per person.
