Google Maps makes Mdina look a lot bigger than it actually is, so you really hardly have to walk any distance to explore. Bus stops for the excellent Maltese Public Transport network are within a 5min walk. Central Valletta (Il-Bat) is 30mins on the bus. Also about 30mins on the direct bus to and from the airport.”
