Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United KingdomThe rooms had internal windows only and this wasn’t clear on the description- had I known I wouldn’t have booked to stay there or at least looked for a hotel that had an external window to my room
It was exceptionally clean and good location

SwitzerlandThe room had a built-in kitchenette, where the cabinet was put OVER the only window.. whoever designed it should have been fired! 🙄🤌🏻 The room was super loud with people smashing the doors around (apparently the staircase door smashed loudly when people came & went.. but the toilette seats were extra silently closing! Because that was apparently important 😂).. The breakfast was meh and the coffee was horrendous! We rather went to the small Sicilian cafe nearby for an excellent 2 Eur cappuccino.
Great location, very nice staff. Very convenient with the own 24/7 small shop as well as the tour organizers in the lobby. The lobby is nice & modern and the staff is helpful.

Had a pleasant stay at a great location. Wonderful view of the sea with a small balcony. Lots of restaurants nearby, ferries and bus stops close by. Very friendly staff. Breakfast had good options.

PolandThe room was very small, there was an alley and a wall outside the window. You could hear the water in the pipes very loudly. Air conditioning very noisy. The bathroom was very small, you could barely turn around. The window was 20 cm, difficult to ventilate after a shower.
Beautiful hotel lobby. Great jacuzzi on the 10th floor. Wide selection of breakfasts, nice restaurant - lots of salty and sweet options. Great location, 24-hour shop right next to the hotel. You can buy trips inside the hotel.

Spain- very noisy! We could hear everything from people walking in the corridor to the person snoring in the next room - long wait for breakfast regardless of the time we got there (the restaurant area is too small to fit all guests at once) - long wait for waiters to ask and serve you coffee during breakfast - small room, even too small compared to pictures - uncomfortable bed/pillows - inner windows (bedroom and bathroom) so no possibility to get fresh air - the AC broke and started making weird sounds in the middle of the night so we couldn't sleep
- good location, a lot of bars and restaurants in the area, and it's very easy to reach Valetta by boat - decent breakfast choice, a bit of everything - clean - helpful staff - standard USB outlets next to bed - the hotel has a wellness area (small swimming pool and sauna) but the area is really small

SloveniaThe staircase and balcony were not cleaned. Busy road below the hotel. We went to the 9th floor to the restaurant, where they didn't even serve us.
The room was cleaned daily, breakfast buffet (some guests had breakfast on the 9th floor, with a view, and some on the ground floor, without a view), the location of the hotel is in the center, with a wonderful view, but unfortunately there is a busy road below where cars drive even at night. The staff is extremely friendly, especially Miloš at the reception. Bus stop at the hotel, ferry nearby. But I have to praise the transport to the hotel, the taxi driver Perry. Extremely friendly!

SerbiaWe didn't like the fact that the pool is actually across the street, it's not part of the hotel, so it was not convenient for us to use it since we were with the kid. Also regarding the heating, there was none in the bathroom. Lastly, the door of the room weren't working properly.
Husband and I traveled with a 2 year old kid in March. We were on the 9th floor, that is the only room on the floor and it was great. The best thing is that breakfast is served on the roof, so were close to it. We liked the breakfast, staff was great and very friendly. Hidden jam is a jacuzzi on the 10th floor. Location is good, everything is near by. Across the hotel was a mini playground for the kid.

Great hotel, very friendly staff and delicious tomorrow. I recommend the Grana Trattoria - Gzira restaurant at the hotel. If you book a room with a sea view, ask for a front view. For breakfast, I recommend waiting for a seat on the terrace.
