The staff are very friendly. The hotel is very carefully designed so that it feels like home. You have everything you need for a cosy and comfortable stay. Location is great as well! Walking distance to Valleta city, ferry and bus stations.

The travel guide the hotel provided, even though helpful, had many hotel rules which could feel a bit intimidating

Floriana is a quiet gem! We loved the room, the lobby and the staff! Everything was perfect, we thought all the little details were thought out to make sure the guests would have a memorable stay. We would definitely come back here, if we ever go back to Valletta. Perfect location to catch the buses to explore Malta

Very nice experience, starting with a warm welcome and check-in off reception time, because of the late arrival of our flight. Very comfortable 2-floors room with double zone air conditiong system, complimnetary water and tea/coffee and a large bathroom. Ashtoning experience in a historical building, breathing the scient of a centenary tradition: it's home, a luxury one in Malta

a cooler heat wave. but this was also dealt with when venturing out with the excellent taxi service with the BOLT taxi app. we used to use the buses but the reasonably priced and efficient service provided is far better

breakfast was not included but could be ordered separately at a very reasonable price. even though not usual ryan and his team went out of their way to provide the excellent service.

Stylish, welcoming and well presented hotel with every guest detail accounted for. The best hotel we’ve stayed in for a long long time! The roof top terrace is also a beautiful area to relax with a drink after a days sightseeing 😊 The bedrooms are extremely quiet, comfortable and spacious, the mattress is one of the best I’ve ever experienced. It’s located close to all the attractions and restaurants in Valletta and the harbour! Everything is in walking distance. The staff are also super attentive, knowledgeable and friendly. Perfect in every sense!

Toiletries came in small bottles, which was not very eco-friendly, and there were insufficient for our stay. You could occasionally hear people in the corridors.

Very cool hotel. Good size room, friendly staff and great location in a quiet district a short walk from Valletta. Well stocked tea and coffee and proper mugs!

Lack of communication between the staff and rooftop regarding ordering drinks.

The, location was ideal for us, though some people may have different views, but suitable for us. Interesting layout, nice roof top.
