*Their was practically no lobby area to go down and read or relax out of your room.. No bar area to get coffee or a drink during the day. One day myself and my daughter had to source another hotel lobby to read and get a coffee-we stayed there for the day as a result as it was lovely. *The staff were efficient but not really friendly. They smiled but no way interested in making polite conversation. The breakfast staff also very efficient but way friendly way too serious for us-an Irish family(That's just our opinion) One particular senior man looked like a prison warden-never smiled actually cross looking.

*Nice tasty full breakfast. Something for everybody. *The bedrooms were very clean and spacious. The cleaning lady was very friendly and smiling all the time. *The location of the hotel was ideal, for getting about. * Bus stop across the road and restaurant all very close by. Pharmacy only around the corner which we needed. *The pool was not in the building which we found unusual but it worked out well-Aqualuna.The pool was small but run very efficiently. *The area on the harbour was pretty with the boats etc very central for boat trips over to Gozo and the blue lagoon etc.

Breakfast was poor quality, the amazing pool was not attached to the hotel and rented out to the whole town, I asked for 2 single beds and got 2 single beds connected.

During our stay part of the pool was reserved for guests from other hotel, which left limited sunbeds, often in full sunlight or full shade (no in between) but other than that it was pleasant

Housekeeping hours terrible as it was inbetween 3pm and 5 pm. Those hours i wanted to stay in the room and not to be disturbed. Bedding and towels were of poor quality and colour was grey instead of white. Bedding smelled and also the room had a unpleasant odour. The noise and the view from the balcony was terrible. If you put the air conditioning it was too cold , if you open the door at the balcony it was very noisy and you could not sleep.

Breakfast was ok, it could be more varied. Staff was helpful and kind.

Small pool, completely overcrowded. I would never jump in there. Low quality breakfast buffet. Unfriendly reception staff and complex check in process, including a request for credit card.

I just want to be honest: the swimming pool is located outside the hotel and is shared among all ST Hotels. The fitness area also appears neglected and in need of improvement. Please consider addressing this for future guests.

Friendly staff and a special mention to Paul, who is in charge of cleaning the rooms on our 9th floor. He was very accommodating and provided everything we needed—thank you, Paul! Also, a special shout-out to Catherine, a Filipina staff member during breakfast time. She was outstanding in taking care of most of the guests (including us!) and promptly fulfilled all our requests. Overall, we had an excellent experience at Azur Hotel.

We had an early tour planned and we couldnt have breakfast. It is a pity that they dont have one where we could take away breakfast . So we missed this..in comparison to other hotels weve been to they had one... the beach closest is sort if like a Port. Pool is a few minutes walk away from the hotel...it us not situated within the hotel.

Reception response at night requires much to learn . I had to call three time and ask for help and once I started be angry they send someone to my room. I was waiting over hour for their help.

In general hotel is clean and in a very good place if you want to travel around the Malta.

We arrived late and found that there was a confusion about our room. We got a double room instead of triple room. Needed to sort it out at 1am and the receptionist told us that we had to wait for the morning for the manager to come. Only after I insisted that I wasn’t moving from the reception until it was sorted out immediately the cleaner was there and made an additional bed. If I hadn’t insisted we wouldn’t have had enough beds.

The lights in the room kept switching off after about 10min, and there were no obvious instructions on how to override the timer to keep them on. There were also a few power blackouts. The single bed sheets were not large enough which meant that they came off the mattress easily overnight. The swimming pool was not within the hotel.

Good location with a short walk to many restaurants. Breakfast included with a good variety in food. Free access to the pool located further down the road.

1) we thought that the pool is within the hotel as what stated in the website BUT in actual the pool is located in the other side of the street needs to walk 3 minutes from the hotel. The descriptions and photos of the hotel in their website are totally not coincide in reality. 2) the breakfast was almost the same every morning; the taste of the juice tastes like water 3) the personnel at aqua luna where the pool located they accepted reservations for the parasol and sunbed…they are not considered the first-in first-serve

the hotel was very conveniently situated for spending time in Sliema and as a base for exploring the rest of the island. There was lots of choice of foods for breakfast, which was frequently replenished and the staff were very helpful when we needed any assistance either in the hotel or when looking for information about the town and sightseeing

View from 12th floor wasnt great. Construction site view so didn’t chill on the balcony. Two beds pushed together to make a large bed wasn’t great as the beds moved all the time which created a gap constantly

Great location, amazing staff from reception to cleaning and breakfast staff. Room was spacious and modern. Shower was great. Great water flow and temperature. Airco was easy to navigate.

Good location, standard breakfast, the pool was very good! The pool is not in the building, but it is around the corner - big enough, comfortable, with beautiful view - my daughter was happy about it :) 20 min by foot to the sea swimming area, a lot of tasty food all around. This is the place where plenty of boats start their trips. Hotel offers free luggage storage, thank you very much for this!
