Great location, nice view over Marsalforn bay from our balcony. Rooms were spacious and clean. Staff allover the hotel were friendly. Breakfast options were good but more 3 star than 4 star hotel.

The AC was controlled centrally for all rooms to be set either on heat mode or cool mode, with no way of overriding it at room level.

The hotel was extremely well-located, very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good. The staff was very friendly at all times.

The bed was a bit too soft (woke up with a back ache in the morning). The decor was a tad dated. Many of the amenities were inaccessible during our chilly spring stay.

The location was great! Beautiful views of Marsalforn Bay.

Kids running up and down the corridor as early as 7am or late at night. Malfunctioning vending machines in the lobby, Parking is awkward when you arrive late, smell from the restaurant kitchen on ground floor if you leave your balcony open to take in the sea breeze, Toilet was not clean on arrival. Marsalforn did not feel safe in the eve and generally very shabby.

NO WALL PLUGS NEAR THE BEDS AS I NEED TO PLUG MEDICAL DIVICE ALTHOUGH I ASKED FOR AN EXTENTION AND IT WAS PROVIDED ITS NOT THAT SAFE TO HAVE AN EXTENTION ACCROSS THE ROOM AND NOT VERY SAFE.. - NO SHEER CURTAINS JUST THICK ONES, DURING THE DAY WE HAD TO LEAVE OUR CURTAINS CLOSED AS THERE WERE PEOPLE OPPOSITE US.

DURING BREAKFAST THE STAFF WERE READY TO HELP AND CLEAN EMPTY PLATES, GLASSES, AND TABLES IMMEDIATELY STERLING SERVICE. WITH REGARDS THE ROOM WAS VERY WELL CLEANED AND THE VIEW WAS WHAT I PAID FOR.

Car park is far away. A bit of a drawback especially since we had an elderly person with us. The coffee...the breakfast is always great but the coffee needs upgrading. No sockets near the bed.

A very comfortable hotel. Room was warm and the view wonderful as always. All the staff including the maids were friendly and efficient. We could keep our dog with us. We were always treated with kindness.

The TV SET is of a very nice size, but only a few channels provided and some of them get stuck. If one had to stay in due to bad weather or if not feeling well, you will surely get bored.

When we arrived for breakfast I asked the waiter to clean a particular table as it had crumbs on it although was already laid down with paper mats and tissues. I noticed that the waiter took the paper mats and tissues and put them back with the new ones. The waiter noticed me that I was looking at him and instead of giving me the same ones he took the 2nd ones in line. Surely it isn't fair for the guest who had the misfortune to use the dirty ones !!!

The hotel is a bit outdated and could use a refresh. We had a room with a view to the rear. Not really nice view...
