They were unable to provide power plug adapters while all sockets are in UK standard.

Very nice location with many restaurants around. Bus stop was right by the hotel too. Beds were comfy enough, plus for a dedicated working space.

The bed was literally tired and the ac should be cleaned, maybe some forniture should be renewed as well, but for this price it is more than acceptable!

The hotel is close to anything important in Malta, has several wending machines inside and some good leisure possibilities next to it. The staff is also nice and helpfull, but one guy I already had problems with last year. The WiFi is good too. The second room we got was also quite confortable

Doors slamming constantly. The room door closing system is very noisy, and being woken up every time someone closes their door caused me a lack of sleep and fatigue which negatively impacted my trip. In the case of educated guests who would remember not to slam the doors after midnight, that would change everything and make the stay comfortable, but as 90 percent of people today are not... The duvet wrapped between 2 sheets was not clean... The sheets were clean, but were slippery, and I noticed the yellowish stains on the duvet that it is high time to wash!!

The view from the balcony was very beautiful. The location close to the sea and to shops, bars and restaurants. Everyone at the front desk was very nice. The gentleman who serves breakfast, also very kind and attentive to requests

The hotel has good position, but beacuse it is near the road, it is also noisy.

The staff is very kind and helpful. The view is very nice from the restaurant and the top with the pool also from the sea view room. The bus stop is near.

Very good location - easy access to the city center and the beach. Bus stops within 2 min walking distance, lines go very often, to different locations, but majorly to Valletta. Seaside walkway is accross the street from hotel and its easy to get by foot anywhere in the city. Nearby there are plenty of restaurants and caffes, and one well equipped market is in the street behind the hotel. The stone beach in front is relatively spaceous, and for the lovers of the pool, there is one at the hotel roof, however it is small and is more for a quick dip rather than a swim. The staff was really nice and helpful. I would advise to consider bringing plug adapter, just in case if in your country they use different ones. (here are the ones with 3 holes)

Lift is really small and old but at least it's there and working. Rooms old. Not too comfy beds.

Perfect location - close to shops, restaurants, beach (but it's not sandy beach). Bus stop next to hotel so easy can travel around Malta(also Gozo) with public transport with 'tallinja card'. Really good breakfast - mostly the same every morning but everyone can find something-eggs, beans, bacon or sausages, choice of bread, cakes, croissants, fruit, fresh vegetables, cheese, hams, cornflakes, juices etc. . Also restaurant staff in breakfast really friendly and helpful. Rooms with sea view with really nice view.

Although very clean and serviced every day the rooms could benefit from a bit of a refresh. Towels were very well used and the shower curtain was in need of replacement. The bed was comfortable as such, but the sheets moved about a lot.

Very well located with easy access to all places of interest. Bus stop directly outside to take you, or connections,to most places on the island. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

I found that this property needs updating or at least fixing certain things that need to be aesthetically better.

The hotel is located in a nice area. The staff was very nice.  The gentleman at the front desk was very accommodating with switching my room.
