Very central location, with caffes and restaurants just a few steps away. The appartment is more than well-equipped, with everything you need, including outlet adapters, clothing iron, hair dryer and toiletries. The hosts are very quick to respond to messages. They were also kind to let us check in about an hour earlier.

It is very clean, near the airport and near the city center, its just a 6 mins walk, and also near to the Bus Central Station. Very easy check in and check out.

Not an issue for us, but steps into bathroom quite steep so probably not suitable for anyone with mobilty issues

The only thing to be aware of is there are 2 steep steps into the property and 3 steep tiled steps to the bathroom - not a problem for me but it could be for someone with limited mobility.

house was pretty cold especially the floors and we did not bring any slippers :( bathroom was a little inconvenient (3 tall steps to reach it, had to be careful exiting so as to not bang your head on the door frame) also we happen to be there when some of the neighboring buildings were under repair so it got pretty noisy very early (~7:30 - 8AM)

The boiler would sometimes take ages to kick in when taking a shower, but we came in January, shouldn’t be a problem in summer.

Extremely good location, good amenities and comfy bed, nice kitchen, living room and plenty of space! Good for working from home if working abroad as has decent WiFi that worked best downstairs.

Location is great if you are only in for a day or two and don’t need all of the amenities that are mentioned. The kitchen looks great, provides almost everything, but one basic essential to make all function properly. We went out and bought groceries to cook breakfast, made breakfast, and sat down to eat. There was zero cutlery. There were no forks, spoons, or knives. Can’t butter bread, spoon out yogurt, or eat eggs without silverware. A kitchen is useless without basic utensils (see photos). It’s as though everything else was a prop. Secondly, WiFi is also also useless. I took photos daily to show that the internet does not pop up day-after-day on the top floor. If you want to enjoy your morning coffee at the kitchen table to enjoy sunlight and relaxation and scroll through your phone and look for tours and activities in Malta, you have to go downstairs and sit in the musty, dark cellar. You have to drain the dehumidifier constantly. Yes, it’s charming, but it is nice to have the option to go down there, not be forced down there just for WiFi. The television does not work in either location, and again, because WiFi does not work on the main floor, you cannot get any television apps to work on the upstairs television whatsoever. We tried setting the router several times on the first day. The property was responsive and asked us to do that as well. We tried. They came by around 11:30 the first day and said they had never had the issue and did the same. They said they call the service company and could see no issues, but given that Malta in general has slow service throughout the country, the router in the lower level should be moved upstairs and/or another router should be in the upper level. Again, if you are in and out for a day or two, it may not bother you, but we were here for five days and waited to book all of our tours for when we arrived. This made it quite difficult to do given we had no WiFi available and that it was hit or miss at the very least.

Excellent location, extremely clean, and when we reached out to the property they responded quickly. They provided a “closet” next door to hold our luggage as our flight didn’t depart until 6pm the day of check-out. This was extremely helpful. They are very kind and much appreciated. Kindness goes a long way during travels.

There are very steep steps into the toilet we could not use the seating area with TV and pool table. It was very humid even though the dehumidifier and extractor fan were on. we felt it was overpriced due to only using half the space

The location is great. very close to the sights, bars and restaurants. In a quiet street. communication was excellent. we had an issue that was immediately resolved Great kitchen facilities, iron and hairdryer Tha basement is great and the extra space would have been lovely to use but we could not sit down there due to damp and humidity levels.

Unfortunately, there was a moldy smell in the apartment and the shower needs remodeling because of mold as well. It is also extremely noisy, although not the owner’s fault, due to construction work and people talking very loudly just outside the house.

Perfect location and comfy bed. Apartment is well decorated as well.

the basement was very damp and you couldn't get down easily it was isolated from the upper house. There was a strong smell from the dampness and the wall was damaged due to it. The TV downstairs was not working. The pool was enjoyable, we only went downstairs once in those four days to play. the ground floor bathroom was elevated and looked directly into the bedroom.

the ground floor of the house was comfortably large and functional. The bed is big and comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped. the house was centrally located.
