I was very satisfied, I highly recommend this place! Very nice modern interior, I really loved I could make a black tea or coffee in the room. I felt safe in the hotel. If I come to Malta again, I will definitely consider to stay here again.

- Can be a bit cold during the night but it is not really an issue as there is a fully functional aircon.

- Very warm welcome at the reception the day we have arrived and very receptive to any demand - Proximity to very good and affordable restaurants nearby, as well as bus stations that can reach any place in Malta - Very clean rooms with a free access to a rooftop

The only inconvinience is that there are no lightproof curtains, so the room is enlightened at night. The big bed is two beds put together.

The only thing we disliked is that our towels were not changed during the whole stay.

The hotel is beautiful, the room was very clean, beautiful and quiet. The lady on the reception was extremely nice and helpful. I can highly recommend this hotel.

Everything was very good. Staff is wonderful. Ladies at the reception make you feel extra welcome. Thanks again! Rooms are spacious, comfortable, well equipped and super clean. Bathroom spotless with a comfortable shower. Beds for a good sleep. Location is nice, in a quiet street. Busses nearby. No breakfast, but 2 excellent places to eat one are just round the corner. Great stay!

It was not spotless clean, torn towels, but overall value is good. Bed was short, maybe 190 cm long, my bf is tall so he found it a bit uncomfortable, for smaller persons it’s ok.

Great location, bus stop to Valletta is at the end of the street,3 min. walk. Daily cleaning.

The place is very comfortable, bright, clean. It is located in a quiet neighbourhood. There are grocery stores and good coffee shops very near. Our receptionist, Gabriela, was very kind and gentle. She gave us all information we needed and gave us instructions and advices where and when to go. Next time we come to Malta, I am sure that we will book Chapter5 again.

The location was really convenient, it wasn't far to get to Valetta, Mdina, Gozo and Comino islands. Friendly staff, the rooms are equipped with all the necessary things.

i liked the spacious room, the bed and decoration, the cleaningness and smell of the air in the room, the simplicity of checking in and out, the shower, the easy and fast access to the waterfront, the quiteness of the neighborhood and the easiness to find free of charge street parking for the car

A little bit far away from the capital but fine.

The team of the staff were awesome and helpful with bright smile and professional skills. My room was big and comfortable. I liked this place.
