Great bed and breakfast! The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent. The host, Jessica, was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Since our departing flight was very early in the morning, she even prepared a breakfast to go for us. I highly recommend this place!

- Weak air conditioning (couldn't get lover temperature than 26⁰ in the room) - we read that air conditioning is extra charge so we tried to save money first night and end up waking up at 5am sweating so we gave up and turned that on. - the host actually didn't charge us for air conditioning which is fine but it could bring our stay more comfort if we knew we could use air con more often without extra charge. - weak pressure in the shower, very weak. - very noisy bed, especially if you planning to spend a good night with your partner, very annoying. - very soft mattress - water in the fridge was a good welcome until we read its 1€ charge if we drink it - lack of vegetables for breakfast - room had a bit too much furniture's and designed very weird way it felt a bit limited in space - some of the charging sockets would not work.

Good communication with a host, very nice person. Good breakfast, sweet or salty, with decent coffee. Nice quiet area close to ferry to Valetta. Large fridge. Easy check-in process. Cleaning service everyday, mirrors in the room, station for make up, Overall good for a few days stay with not too high expectations.

Our stay was excellent, Jessica is the best. She's really kind and makes great breakfasts. Our room was clean and tidy with unique atmosphere. Localization is good, it's really easy to go to Valletta.

There was an announcement in the room about an extra charge for the use of the air conditioner which I somehow missed although some people mentioned it, so please keep that in mind considering your costs. There are mosquito nets on the windows which actually do their job but I would suggest to place one on bathroom vent as well.

Jessica is very friendly and welcoming. The property has a good location. A vast parking at the door if you have a car. Just 5 minutes to Valetta ferry and a pretty looking marina with some restaurants and cafes around. There's also a beach in a walking distance of approximately 30 minutes at Rinella Bay. If you are thinking whether to have a breakfast or not, I should say it's fairly good.

The kitchen needs a painting and we found some moths in it as well as in the fridge. A mosquito-net also would be useful to the bathroom's window.

Jessica is a nice and friendly host, fulfilled our late wishes, too. The breakfast is good and rich. The apartment is quiet and big enough, its kitchen is good equiped. Both parking places and a bus stop is in a few metres nearby.

Parking is on the street (although always free and with good availability at least in November). Inexplicably, there were a lot of mosquitoes, even in November... Anti mosquito repellent or similar will fix the issue.

Well run, well maintained, well organised. Self check-in smooth, host very friendly and helpful. Comfortable big room, our room was a "Studio" with kitchenette. Breakfast is "real" and quite abundant, differently from other properties of the same kind. Excellent location, close to ferry and nice restaurants.

The guesthouse is a well run holiday stay. Pre stay host communications good , Easy check in after hours . . Room was good size and had all the necessities. Shower was lovely temp and pressure . Breakfast had decent range of options and host was on hand for any queries or help. Like most of these types of properties , there are stairs (we were on 3rd level next to breakfast area), so something to consider if less fit . We are in our 60s and managed fine though. The location is one of the main bonuses of this guesthouse .....next to a free safe car park , 2 mins walk from cafes and restaurants, overlooking marina , 5 mins from cheap Valetta ferry service (barakka lift included in price) and easy walking to the 3 cities . So a good base for visiting Valletta and the 3 cities, especially if you want to be there before the crowds and also wander at night . Host offers various tourist information and tours also . Airport easy l 15 mins drive . Overall, a pleasant 3 night stay .
