We booked a junior suite for 4 people, 2 slept on a comfortable bed ( as you’d expect in a hotel of this type), however the other 2 of us found 2 VERY basic beds with flat pillows with uncomfortable mattresses, (the type you’d expect at a €20 hostel). This was disappointing since not all of us got good value for money even though we did book and pay full price for 4, definitely do not recommend booking a room for more than 2 people

The facilities are great and it was a very peaceful stay. It was bad weather when we visited, so we got to enjoy the two indoor pools and the spa facilities more . The balcony in the room overlooking the pool is equipped with two chairs and we also had a large sofa on the room, so we could enjoy the space even more

The rom was spacious and clean with a balcony and a nice view. The hotel is located far from the main sights on the island of Gozo but the island is small and the distances are short. No restaurants or convenience stores nearby. It is a long trip by taxi and ferry from Malta airport to the island of Gozo. The breakfast buffet is excellent, as is the food in the various hotel restaurants. Gorgeous swimming pool, but weather too cool for swimming.

Very restructive policies regarding children in public areas. Some of the pools do not allow children below 16 which is very unfortunate for families.

No lift available to our floor so we had to carry the luggage for 2 floors with a baby. We also had to pass through an outdoor area everytime to go to ground floor which wasn’t ideal in the rain and wind.

The Breakfast had a variety of options and everything was fresh and delicious. Spacious rooms and modern bathrooms.

We had excellent breakfast, with impeccable service. On our Wedding Anniversary, 17.12.23, we were greeted with a small cake for the occasion, which we appreciated alot. Indoor pool facilities were excellent & room well cleaned and in order. The 2 restaurants we have dine in l-Istorja and il-Baldakkin, had a very good and excellent food.

Beautiful older hotel. Very comfortable with pool, sauna, steam room. Breakfast very good. Having a superior room gave us plenty of space. Dinner was excellent.

No criticism whatsoever. Everything turned out fine. We found a dish of fruit on our return to the room, which was a bonus. All staff members greeted us and were very courteous. All the members of the reception staff are excellent. Reservations team is fantastic.

Breakfast: Excellent. I love the Asian food served. We didn't use the pool as we were short of time, but I will surely use the indoor pool on our next visit. The room had plenty of space and included a sofa. All the amenities were available, including slippers.

My girlfriend and I would like to offer our sincere gratitude and thanks to all the staff at Kempinski as they made our anniversary celebration extra special. The venue is utterly spectacular. The hotel offers a quaint, charming and unique feel. We were upgraded to a room with a pool view which offered beautiful views of the pool and the surrounding fields. The level of cleanliness and attention to detail was remarkable. The staff were absolutely delightful, offering service with a constant smile and really going the extra mile to make sure our stay was as pleasurable as possible. We were greeted with the complementary mulled wine and gingerbread men upon our arrival. Once in our room, we were delightfully surprised to find a delicious complimentary anniversary chocolate cake. The buffet breakfast and dinner were phenomenal. The quality of the food, its presentation and variety was superb. Never have we ate at a hotel with such a bountiful buffet breakfast.

The water from the shower was changing temperature constantly while using it and without touching the tap.

Stayed just for a night with my Partner. Everything was exceptional. Upon knowing that it was my Partner's birthday we received a free room upgrade and also a birthday cake. This was beyond what I expected and much appreciated. Breakfast was amazing, and so was the Spa area in which we tried both indoor heated pools.

One small detail that can easily be remedied. The latch of the terrace door was a bit loose and so it didn't close properly.

Fabulous breakfast with a wide choice to suit every need. Spa and indoor pool were great. We were given an upgrade to a room facing the outdoor pools. Room was very comfortable with all the amenities.

not much to complain. our only issue is that we realized we left some personal items in the room and even though the reception told us that they will communicate to us for arranging postage and relative expenses we have never received followup communication and we never got the items back.

This hotel is a well deserved 5 start hotel the location the rooms and facilities are excellent. The restaurants are also very good especially the service at L-istorja restaurant.

Rooms need a renovation. Furniture is of an older style & makes the room very dull, at least the one we stayed in (735). With newer, more modern furniture, the spacious rooms would feel so much nicer.
