We stayed for a week for Fuse Festival and had a lovely stay. The hotel is clean and modern and the beds are comfortable. The roof top pool is beautiful with a well stocked bar and plenty of sunbeds. The staff at the hotel were approachable, friendly & helpful. The location is perfect with a 5 minute walk to the seafront and plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Will definitely return 😊

Check in was so quick and the staff were so friendly. We booked a family room which turned out to be really big, a definite plus when you have 3 people sharing! Not cramped at all. Our room was spotless when we arrived. In fact, our first comment when we walked in was how fresh it smelled,. Overall a really relaxing stay and would definitely return.

The location lacked cafe's and restaurants. Not much choice for places to eat. Other than that the location was good.

No ashtray on balcony. Bathroom could do with a revamp - Would recommend the WC seats be replaced with new ones. Pool area needs some background music.

Cons (depending on preference): • The pool area is very quiet. Apart from the tannoy announcing when orders are ready, there’s no background music or atmosphere. If you’re after total peace and relaxation, you’ll love it. If you prefer a bit of a vibe while sipping frozen cocktails, I’d suggest bringing headphones. 😅 That’s genuinely the only downside we noticed - and for some, it may actually be a plus! Overall, the Mayflower team do an excellent job, and we’re so grateful for making our stay (while visiting a festival) such a pleasant one.

Pros: • The team are incredibly kind and welcoming. From the front desk to the pool bar and housekeeping, we were met with genuine warmth throughout our stay. • Rooms are spacious, spotlessly clean, and the beds are very comfortable. We really appreciated the thoughtful touches like gowns, towels, and complimentary bottled water. • The bar offers a great selection of drinks at very reasonable prices, all well made and enjoyable.

The swimming pool was a bit smaller than expected.

We visited the hotel for 3 days. It was on a really nice place just 6 mins of walk towards the beach and the skydeck pool view was really good. Staff was friendly. Nice place to stay and everything was just a half hour car ride.

The buffet breakfast is a standout. the staff were very attentive and helpful even with a slight language barrier, the rooms with the sunbed balcony - top notch.

Not the property’s fault, but the tourists. Many of them (mostly just young people) were littering in the pool area, even though there were trash cans just a few meters away. They were also playing their own music very loudly and even throwing trash into the pool. The staff did ask them to be quieter, but the same thing happened every day with different groups. It was sad to watch…

Overall we really enjoyed the short break, so I don't have any negatives to report.

In general the hotel is very comfortable and the staff is very welcoming. The room assigned has a nice terrace and the AC was super cool which is pretty awesome at this time of the year.

Access to the Pool was a bit hard to find (arrow pointing in one direction of the hallway and not continuing at the end, door was marked as an emergency exit)

Clean and big room with nice little balcony. Bathroom was big and clean. Pool was nice with lots of chairs to relax. Breakfast was great. Staff was very friendly.
