Reviews of Palazzio 1787

This is a beautifully restored palazzo on a quiet street. It is immaculately clean and comfortable. The owners are charming and do everything they can to give you a great experience. The house is elegant and beautifully decorated. Breakfast was the perfect omelette with delicious side dishes. We absolutely loved it!

Nothing - it's pretty near perfect.

Excellent hospitality. Warm welcome by hosts Patricia and Ivan. Plenty of free parking nearby (50-200m). Quiet area. 15 minutes from Valleta. Amazing homemade breakfast!!! Spacious room with a small balcony!

Fridge is not available in the room!

The breakfast was excellent. Small tidbits like yoghurt, omelets, fresh fruit etc all prepared and served by the supernice couple who own the Palazzio. The environment breathes history and is very quaint and charming.

Basically, only one thing. The hotel advertised free private parking, which was not applicable. It is located in a tiny, narrow alley. We chose the hotel for the free private parking, instead having to spend 15-20 minutes every day driving around in the village, looking for a spot. On the pictures of the hotel, you can see a lot of the beautiful facilities, but those are private quarters for the owners, and not really accessible. We were given a pleasant tour and also sat in the courtyard reading, but mainly, there are no facilities except the room. The village is tiny with no cafés or restaurants, so the only chance to pass time or eat dinner is to go to another town.

The hotel was clean. They cleaned it every day. We found parking easily. The owners were very kind and they gave us whatever information we wanted. One of the best hotels in Malta. Breakfast is over. with different varieties

Excellent communication and service exceeded expectations. Breakfasts were amazing (later was hard to swim :-) ). The equipment in the room was very nice. Terrace is a fantastic bonus for evening drinking of wine. Also, location was good for traveling around. We want to come back.

The accommodation was very beautiful and authentic, I liked everything. the hosts were responsive, nice and caring. breakfast was very tasty and varied. wonderful experience, I definitely recommend this place and hope to come back someday.

The room and the whole building is gorgeous. There is a little garden in the back, it is a must see. The hosts are very kind and helpful, it is not by chance, that the place and the hosts have such a good reputation. If you want to take the public transport, it is a well located place for that, there is a bus stop for like a 1 minute walk. The breakfast is delicious and every day there is a little twist in it. This was our best trip ever. We would like to thank the hosts once again for everything.

The room was perfect and wide it felt really like 1787 with the style. The host are very nice and helpfull the check-in procedure was simple. Not to forget the mega breakfast it's one of the most delicious breakfast ever. This place is unique and I recommend everyone passing by Zejtun or this zone to passby and book at there place.

We spent really great time in Palazzio. We felt like we were living in a real palace. The owners have particular taste in decorating, which is amazing. They are very kind and polite. Every morning, after the delicious and healthy breakfast that was served with a touch of kindness and careness, we had a nice small talk. They gave us information about places where to go, where to eat, ... At night it was peaceful. We needed to rest after running around the island and we had that opportunity. Yves and Patrizia, thank you for everything.

everything about the building is beautiful. there are statues and paintings and beautiful furniture. it's a unique beautiful place to stay. even the layout of the breakfast was beautiful. i travel a lot and this is the first time I have ever given a review

The breakfast was superb. It was both delicious and very ample.

It was a nice stay. Friendly owners, they even asked when do we want to have breakfast every day, breakfast was excellent, the room was clean, location was good (10 min drive from Valetta)

Parking spot was on the streets, but it wasn't such a problem to find a free spot.
