It is not hotels fault, but we were disappointed with the behaviour of french tourists, who think that they are centre of the world. Their behaviour both in the corridors when passing by, and especially in the swimming pools were unacceptable. They were allowing their kids to take over the whole swimming pool, splash, dive in and in other ways disturb other people’s peace. Also, even though our studio was really comfortable and nice, it could have been cleaner. The church/beach view might not be suitable for people who are light sleepers and dislike noise as the cave bar has music playing all the time, as well as the church bells ringing, although it was not a problem to us.

We really liked friendly and helpful staff everywhere. Big thank you to the desk intern girl (blonde), cave bar personnel and breakfast bar personnel for all the great services provided! We also liked the size and location of our studio room with a view to the church, the selection of food at the breakfast bar and happy hours at the cave bar. The location of the hotel is also great, although its located quite far from the capital, it is still conveniently located close to the bus stop and the centre of Mellieha.

Although the Wi Fi free, the signal is poor and interrupted . The bathroom is small. The waiting area inside the room is far from the rest of the room.

The location of the hotel near the beautiful bay and near the bus stop ( bus 222 direct to Sliema and 42 direct to Valletta). Also, the amenities, the heated swimming pool , the jacuzzi, and sauna. Also, the cave bar on the fourth floor over a menu of very good prices. The persons working in the hotel are friendly.

I specifically asked for a twin, whilst we managed ok with the bed, the beds were together on one mattress so my request to make sure I had a twin wasn’t met. There was NO air conditioning which was very disappointing given that I chose this hotel based on it having air con in the particulars. The bells from the church keep you awake all through the night. Not the hotels fault but it certainly would have effected my choice to stay there had I known as it meant that I didn’t sleep well at all and couldn’t open the balcony doors at night to cool the air down either(due to lack of air con) as it was just too noisy. The main disappointment from this hotel was the pool. We tried to use it but found that it was completely awful, dirty, no proper changing facility, children jumping in, splashing and screaming all over pool and the same for the jacuzzi which we couldn’t even try as it was full. I was hoping to give my mum a spa type experience but the pool conditions were completely unsuitable.

Lovely clean room with a comfortable bed, large balcony with a great view of the church. The breakfast was really good, lots of choice of hot and cold food, plenty for everyone.

To check in you need to walk a lot of steps up (if you use public transport), which is difficult. Thanks, I did not have a luggage. Indoor pool seemed small for me.

Friendly stuff, clean room, decent breakfast. Also on reception could change usd to eur. It is great, so you don’t need to go around and looking for exchanger. Luggage storage, so you can leave your luggage till evening, even if you check out.

We've been offered an upgrade (we accepted and paid)for room with better view. But soon we regretted our decision and felt like we've been actualy downgraded. Main air conditioner in that particular block was so loud that we bearly slept that night. We asked for quiet room and on the next day we've been moved to quiet, bigger and nicer room in diffrent part of the building. Extra sofa bed for kids cover with blankets instead of duvets ... not really nice.

We booked HB and breakfasts and dinners was very good. Staff in restaurant very nice and helpful. Weather was OK but not enough to use outdoor swimming pool but indoor one was open late and we could enjoyed it even if we come back from trip so big plus for that! Great location, close to the centre. Rooms were fine.

Pillows were not very comfy - this was literally the only negative thing I can say.

Beautiful hotel with an amazing view, superb staff. Very clean. We ate in the cave bar a couple of times which was nice, chilled out vibe and easy food.

I asked for a room on a high level and was given one on the ground floor. I could not open the curtains in the room as they were completely overlooked by the adjacent building. Breakfast wasn’t great

Rooms always attractive and comfortable. I love the heated swimming pool and even went for an early morning swim in the ice cold infinity pool this time! Staff very professional. Have already booked for next year again!

4 lifts in the hotel and it was accessible from everywhere. The receptionists were outstanding. It was immaculately clean and the food was great. Everything was compact but very comfortable. Great value for money.

On several levels using different lifts not suitable at all for anyone with mobility issues. . Cave bar v small and only bar. Hot Breakfast items tepid at best mostly cold. No lounge to sit in. My room looked over back street described as city view. Disturbed all night by bin men, deliveries etc. Hotel 1 1/2 bus journey from Valletta. Not near beach. 5 min bus ride 5 euros return

Really nice,clean hotel with lovely and friendly staff. I loved that the rooms were without carpets, comfortable beds, clean bathroom. We made the food order to our room like 5min before bar closes and without any complaints they accepted it and brang to our room without any extra service fee. We asked for the iron-they brang us to the room. We asked for wine opener and two wine glasses-we’ve got to pur room. How can you not love those people? 😍 Breakfast every morning is the same but good(English breakfast). There is gelatto for breakfast!

The property has everything you need on a holiday in February when not sure about weather. Food, spa, relax and even though the hotel is quite big you actually don’t feel that. Tidy rooms with staff checking on everyday if you have anything you need in your room. Great service.
