The AC kept turning off during the night with the timer. The shower drain was flooding cannot take a proper shower. Rooms need to be refurbished and not clean. The nxt morning they cleaned the cups were left in the bathroom and not put in place did not change the cup mats. They did not give us enough towels they gave us 2 instead of 3, we were 3. Pool toilets are not clean and not enough deck chairs to cater for all guest since they cater for outside guests.

Shower tray a bit cracked , lampshades need to be changed . Door lock of balcony need to be check not always lock. . Indoor pool water need to be a bit warmer. Ashtray on the table of balcony.

The hotel is in a rather isolated location, with not much to do or see in the immediate surroundings outside the property.

The property is modern and spacious, with two great restaurants nearby. It has two beautiful pools, one for adults only and another for both adults and kids. The AC worked perfectly, and the bedroom was large, bright, and very comfortable. The balcony with a sea view was fantastic (I requested an upgrade at check-in, and the reception team kindly arranged it). The breakfast was excellent, with plenty of tasty options to start the day. Overall, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making the stay even more enjoyable.

Rooms are very spacious however the AC always turn off because it was with a timer. In this heat with an AC that has a timer every 180 minutes it’s not acceptable. Also the mattress it was not comfortable at all.

First of all, I would like to sincerely thank the staff for their excellent service. Although we had a minor issue with the check-in time, it was resolved very professionally and with great care. We also had the chance to experience a massage at the spa, which was wonderfully relaxing. Overall, a great experience — highly recommended!

On our last day the room wasn't supplied well. We were out most of the days so on returning for our last night at the hotel although the room was cleaned we weren't given more coffee pods. The mini bar kept leaking water, and the way the shower and bath are built causes a lot of mess every time. More floor towels were needed than the one supplied. And the balcony needed to be locked for the AC to work and we had to discover this by calling reception and being told off by the person who answered me as if were supposed to know. the lovely view couldn't be enjoyed due to the horrible smell coming up from the restaurant. By the pool, there were youths causing disturbance and splashing everyone. Shop assistant in hotel was not very friendly and prices were quite ridiculous. The food at breakfast could be improved, some things were overcooked or didn't taste fresh.

In the breakfast there wasn't that variety of foods. I had to ask them for nutella since they don't have it. Then, the day after they did it. Too much mosquitos in the breakfast area. In the penthouse there were also some ants as well.

We had the penthouse and it was nice especially the private pool. A modern penthouse and even more a quiet place.

The hotel accommodates students learning english in Malta. There were times that the pool was full and no respect by the students to other residents. Leaders of the English language school should be more present and have more control over behaviour of students. Cot for baby was not so comfortable to use but made do for the 2 nights.

To get to the infinity pool there were stairs from inside the hotel and it was a bit challenging to pass eith pushchairs at times.
