GermanyThe fact that the curtains were see through and I was facing the street. The neighbours dog going on like a madman at 10Pm or later. The cockroaches in the kitchen. The fact that the host does not know or care for how things work...e.g. I did reset the wifi after finding out were it was (she didn't know and she didn't care to ask how I did it) the TV set is just show. The outlets are British and the plugs are European. Regardless of what it she tells you...having paid for XYZ.... Cannot possibly be true.

GreeceI don’t suggest to nobody!!! I had the worst experience ever!!! The give me another apartment from what I book and it was very dirty!!! The bugs they was everywhere!!! And when I was trying to call them they don’t respond me and later on only this we have now and we can’t do nothing else!!! It was awful!!!!Dirty!!!!And in 5 days they never come to clean or to change the sheets!!! Discastic!!!!

PolandThe air conditioning wasn’t working and the host didn’t find a way to fix it during the whole week, even though she said she would do it multiple times. It was a big inconvenience because the heat was enormous (around 30°C at night) and it was impossible to sleep. Also, the church is located close to the apartment and bells are ringing all day and night so it was even harder not to wake up during the night. Next thing is that our sheets and towels weren’t clean enough - they were covered in stains. In the advertisement, it says that there are ironing appliances, but they weren't there. There is only one BR-EU socket adapter, which isn’t enough, especially because the kettle, toaster and hair dryer need an EU socket. Last but not least on our last day there were worms on the floor in the whole apartment.
The localisation is convenient, it has good connections to other cities.

SpainThere were loads of baby cockroaches in the kitchen and cooking there was not an option for me. She called pest control, but you could see them everywhere even then. The location provided is wrong, as it actually is in Msida and not Sliema, behind the Busy Bee Gelatería.

HungaryThat we didn't get the room we originally booked, we got sent to SeaBreeze penthouse, which was dirty, the plumbing was clogged, there were food remains in the fridge, the towels were stained. We had a hard time contacting the host, and the host did nothing, only said: "it was cleaned". We had to book another apartment and leave on the first day.

Czech RepublicI have never been in such a dirty and poor accommodation. Our accommodation was changed without any warning or explanation (she is doing that a lot as I saw in the reviews) and sent me a wrong address when I asked her which took us another hour to notice and find the right place. The new place was located far away the beaches or bigger shops in the very old building. In the offer there is mentioned - lift, TV, kettle, modern apartment in the center of Msida - none of that was true there were some of these items but broken or unable to use (no eu/uk adapter), only the stew and fridge was working OK when I washed it from the dirt and oil. The oven was broken and never fixed during our stay so we needed to throw our food out and go out for dinner instead. Cleaning leady didn't clean anything when one guests moved out, she put their open food to ours even I told her it was not our food, placed the coffee mug in the sink and left and never appeared again. Also there is not mentioned it's shared apartment (which was not a big deal for us but didn't expect that and other co-livers were surprised too) and there was not AC in every room. One lady slept in the shared kitchen since there was no space for three in their room and was dying every night because the heat and mosquitos. The owen was not repaired or any technician was invited to check it. No excuse from the owner at all. I am disgusted and have breathing problems till my arrival there..
The bus stop was quite near the place.

Nice apartment in renovated building with lift. Two rooms – one with balcony and one with window to the back yard (without balcony) and shared kitchen and living room. Every room have separate bathroom. The building is very close to Valletta-around 20 min with bus. There are many bus stations around 5 min walk from the apartment. Seaside Room have not private parking. The parking is on street. To find parking place is difficult, but not impossible. The host Szilvia is very kind and helpful. Nice communication with her. Be careful - the address and the coordinates of Seaside Room is not correct in Booking and Google maps. The apartment is very close to them, but not the same you see in Google maps. Follow the instruction of the host Szilvia to find the address.

PolandSome issues to improove with cleanliness, map location (but it's event better not do far from Airport), and we had to transfer to the other room during the holiday but Ms Szilvia explained everything in advance and we received even better room than previous.
Very nice object, great localisation close to Valletta, nice vibe and great atmosphere of location around. There are few things to improve but hosts are angaged and do their best. Everything works A/C, fridge, water and all od the equipment is ok. Hosts are helpful and very friendly.

SpainThe experience was really really bad. At first, the landlord told us the day we arrived that the room we booked was not available and we had to stay in another apartment. In this apartment, there was cockroaches and they didn’t explain us how the A/C was working so we couldn’t sleep because of the heat + no towels to take a shower. Next day, we were finally able to go to the room initially booked (well… it was not the same as the photos on the description). There was no shower products, the wifi was not working, there was no cold water… I let you imagine taking a shower with hot water when it’s 35 degrees outside… Finally, and the most unbelievable part, is that during 3 nights, there was no electricity SO impossible to sleep, we had to throw away all our food because the fridge was not working, we couldn’t charge our phones. One day the electricity went out at 7pm and came back the next day at 1 pm… 18h without electricity! And 0 solution from the landlord: just a “it’s not our fault, we cannot do anything” So we decided to leave because it was just not posible! If you want to enjoy Malta, and don’t waste your money don’t go there!

PolandUnfortunately, our opinion on the Seaside room is very negative. On the day of our flight to Malta the owner wrote to us, that she has to change our accomodation. We paid for five nights in a deluxe apartment, what we got was a dirty room with no functioning aircondition and a toilet that broke down the very next morning. After complaining about the whole situation, we were transferred to a different house with an accetable apartment, but only for two nights, the next two nights we had to come back to the previous house. Even though the new apartment was much better it was still not the standard that we paid for. The cleanness also leaved a lot to be desired. So two days later we had to change the apartment once again and go back to the previous house. The room once again had no airconditioning and the bathroom was on the shared hallway. On the first night there was no light in the room and the bathroom and there was no hot water. Our whole experience was very unpleasant, instead of enjoing our vacation we had to deal with sleepless nights due to high temperatures in the room and the whole moving every two days situation. Only after our request we were offered a discount. We definietely do not recommend this accomodation to anyone who wants to spend some peacfull days in Malta.

BulgariaIt was nothing like the photos and less than 10 hours before our flight there was a cancellation from the hosts for the first two nights.They practically leave us on the streets and even we do not receive any compensation for these huge inconvenience. Furthermore, the hosts did not refund all the money for the first two nights.It was dirty even though they charge us around 35 euro per cleaning and the towels were obviously unclean.Everything was nothing else but scam,so I recommend not staying at these place.
