- The room is cozy and clean, it is equipped with many facilities (hair dryer, coffee machine, mini bar, air conditioning) - the staff is very polite and welcoming - breakfast has many options and is very tasty - we enjoyed the pool area and the cocktail bar (which has a nice variety of cocktails) - the hotel is situated in a quite area, it has a bus station very close to it

The floor in the room was kind of dirty our socks were brown after walking on it, but you get slippers so it didn’t really matter that much

The room was big, as well as the balcony, there was a beach right next to the hotel and a pool on the roof

Pool, which is open till 18.00, All guests after 18.00 are coming back to the hotel from the beach, and the pool is closed. Because after 20.00-21.00, the best dinner time in Malta.

Bit busier road during the night next to the hotel but manageable.

Staff super nice and helpful. Allowed us a bit late check in since our flight was delayed. Pool and the view was amazing. Had lunch at Elba - tuna steak was top tier. Enjoyed our stay. 10/10 recommend.

The sound of the Main Street nearby is loud but you get used to it.

Room was large, comfortable and very clean. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is amazing and the rooftop pool and bar is a highlight!

The breakfast was really excellent and we loved the location --- there was a bus stop 100m from our room. A lovely small beach and excellent restaurant right beside the hotel.

Annoying humming noise in the room that is especially noticeable when trying to sleep. Maintenance came to assess but couldn't be resolved unfortunately.

Glass railing (both in the room and rooftop pool) were dirty during our entire stay (6 nights) and this lowers visibility greatly (picture provided how it looks during the night from the room). Outside view is not that great - you have about 20 degree nice view towards the see and coast, rest is traffic roads and ruined rooftops of surrounding buildings. There is a lot of outside traffic noise (especially at night) and animal smell (there are chickens roaming freely just outside the hotel) while you are seated at the Elba restaurant outside. Food at the restaurant (Elba, not Oia) is avarage at best, and the prices are like in the michelin star restaurants, so we have eaten only one meal there. Breakfast is A la Carte, but you receive only menu for food, you don’t know what options you have for beverages, also food menu is missing some basic stuff like fruit plate, bread & butter, toast and similar light food you want sometimes to eat. Seal on walk-in shower glass in our room was broken on first day (picture provided here) so we have flood in the bathroom, but after our complain, they have fixed it next day, and that is plus for service, but anyway we are of the opinion someone should have noticed that prior to our arrival. Pool opening hours are only until 18:00 and they don’t allow you even to be near pool after this time, also, you are not allowed to bring other food there (even from the other restaurant in the hotel) and this was a problem for my wife who doesn’t eat asian food.

Nice looking suits, interior and exterior design, infinity rooftop pool, clean rooms, rooftop bar and drinks it is offering together with staff. All waiters at Oia Rooftop bar were great, friendly and talkative so we would rate them 10/10, coctails and asian food there are also great.

Ambient music became a little annoying on the roof top and by restaurant.

On my second day at the pool I arrived to the pool deck to find all 6 empty beds with new rolled towels on them (there are more beds but only 6 next to the pool). The hotel staff said they were reserved and I could not take them, but when I asked how the reservation system works and why no one advised me they said there is no system and it was a special request. Not fare and I was not the only one complaining. Another couple was also not happy about it and with good reason. Smoking is apparently allowed everywhere to my surprise. So you can be in the pool and if someone next to you decides do smoke, yes, even inside the pool, that is as it seems permissable. The hotel is sea front so you have the beautiful view but also next to a very noisy road. On Saturday night I heard the motorcycles all night. The sound proof in the hotel room is not great.

The staff is very welcoming without being over intrusive. The breakfast is great. I always pre-ordered the night before but I'm not sure if it speeds up the service. Still, if you're going to a place like this normally you're in no hurry. I could choose a savory dish and a sweet dish and both didn't disappoint. Go for the eggs Benedict and the granola bowl! On the third day the waiter already came with my OJ and black coffee before I asked. And at the end of my meal he asked if I wanted an espresso, since I had one the day before. Nice touch. The rooftop and pool are great, but there are some flaws (detailed in the didn't like section). I had dinner on the hotel restaurant (ELBA) on the first night. The food and service was good and not overly priced.

Heeeey, together with my partner we stayed in this hotel for 7 days of vacation; it was very pleasant staying; the hotel looks perfect for adults, no children which is very much needed for couples which want just to relax, always clean rooms, nice conditioner, nice balcony, everything you need you can find here, perfect rooftop with marvellous pool, downstairs you have a restaurant where you can get the breakfast which I admit is the best our breakfast we tried in hotels, also if you want to try some lunch or dinner with apart payment is always available, also wanna say that the staff is very friendly and helpful, honestly the best our vacation ever, thank you guys!

There was no window in the room, strange policies of not being able to use the pool or sun beds after 18:00. Pool seems more for photos on the booking site rather than for enjoyment of the guests

The staff? Absolute gems. Warm, attentive, and genuinely thoughtful — they remembered our names and even surprised us with a little welcome treat in the room. Talk about going the extra mile.✨ Speaking of the room… WOW. Spotless, spacious, and flooded with natural light. The bed felt like sleeping in a cloud, the linens were luxurious, and the bathroom was spa-level. Little details — from the scent of the sheets to the curated minibar — made it feel more like a high-end boutique apartment than just a hotel room. Breakfast? Don’t even get me started. Fresh, local, delicious — and served with a view. Every morning felt like brunch with a front-row seat to paradise.

From the moment we stepped into the lobby, we knew we were in for something special. The design is absolutely stunning — effortlessly blending modern elegance with cozy, welcoming vibes. Every corner looked like it was pulled straight from a design magazine (yes, we took photos in the lobby like the tourists we are, and no, we’re not sorry 😂).

The location isn't amazing. This isn't much of an issue because Malta is quite small so you can get taxis to pretty much anywhere on the island at reasonable prices. But this hotel isn't in a place where you can walk out to loads of shops and restaurants.

Everything was great, it is a clean and beautiful place to stay with a lovely pool area on the roof. We were told the hotel was full but there was always more than enough sunbeds free by the pool so lots of options of where to sit. There are 2 amazing restaurants in the building, one sushi place on the roof and another restaurant downstairs. The staff were all lovely, especially Mohammad, he was always on hand to help, answer questions and make our stay as perfect as possible.

Only one minus that it close to motorway so therefore it could be slightly noisy, but this hasn’t ruined our stay in any way and we still be coming back

Just a perfect stay, stunning property just like in pictures, with great views, staff extremely friendly and welcoming. Staff even went an extra mile helping me to organise a welcoming surprise for my wife on our wedding anniversary. Highly recommend it and will definitely will be coming back. Also you must try their restaurant food during dinner time! Definitely the best food! Thank you for a perfect stay xx

The pool & sun loungers closed at 6pm to allow for outside guests to use the sushi restaurant. They could keep the sun loungers to be kept open longer on the upper rooftop, as people using the restaurant wouldn’t be eating laying there

Lovely adults only hotel, loved the option of a la carte breakfast & you had the option to pre-order day before, rooms very clean & every staff member very helpful.

The pool closed pretty early at 6pm a couple extra hours would be good.

Breakfast was lovely didn’t have a meal we didn’t like. Great selection of foods on the menu as well as coffee.
