For the price we were very pleased. It might have been better to have AC downstairs as well as the upstairs one didn’t really “reach it”, there’s your negative was a fan though.

It was in a brilliant location for exploring Valletta, ten minute pleasurable walk to the centre where there are plenty of bars and restaurants, but directly around our apartment it was nice and quiet. The beds (double bed, and sofa bed downstairs where the tv is) were comfortable. Everything was clean and we had everything we needed. They supplied a coffee pod machine with nice coffee which was nice. Dario was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The place has a genuine rustic charm.

The apartment was cozy and comfortable, and it had all the kitchen tools and equipment we needed. It’s in a safe and quiet neighborhood, close to the city center and public transport. The host, Dario, was very welcoming and helpful—not just with the apartment, but also with great suggestions for things to do. We really enjoyed our 5-night stay.

The bathroom is located in the main bedroom. Not really a concern for us, but I could see where this would be an issue for two couples staying at the apartment. Also, the stairway to the second level is quite narrow and no handrail. The property is best suited for two adults with two kids ( 5 to 12 yrs. ). The main bedroom has no windows, and one side of the bed is up against a wall, so no option for lighting next to the bed for reading or putting anything next to the bedside. Basically, you have to scoot out of bed if you are on that side.

We loved the location, which other reviewers had also mentioned. The apartment is in a residential type neighborhood a 5 to 10 minute walk from the Triton foutain. Within two blocks, two bakeries, a good restaurant and a convenience store. Our host was very kind and had oodles of information making himself available via WhatsApp at any time. He also arranged our taxi to and from the airport. The apartment was spacious, lots of natural light. I very much enjoyed my morning coffee and reading on the small traditional balcony. The apartment has two AC units, one in the bedroom, and a second on the upper level which is much needed as temps are getting quite hot at mid June.

2nd bed is on loft with VERY steep stairs. Not an issue for us, but not recommended for children or anyone with mobility problems. Only one bathroom which is absolutely OK, but it's on lower floor and inside the first bedroom so to use it you must go through the lower bedroom to access it. CHeck-in process was bit frustrating, we had to wait about an hour for host to get there to let us in. But host was very responsive and apologetic and even gave us some wine!

Great location, just a short walk to Valletta historical center. Plenty of space to sit/relax adn very clean. Very comfortable for 4 adults, but 2nd bed is on loft with VERY steep stairs so not recommended for children or anyone with mobility problems. In a nutshell, all was great. The location is superb. Close to Valetta (10 min walk) but far away enough to have peace and quiet when needed. Close to bus station. The apartment was very clean. Beds comfortable. The kitchen equipped well enough to enjoy your stay (salt, pepper, coffee, tea, olive oil, pots, cutlery. Nothing missing). The apartment itself is very old and it is an added value. It has this artistic feeling/ atmosphere of old times. The host, Dario, is a very welcoming person. He gave us great restaurants recos in Valetta. Hearing that we have a flight in the evening he himself suggested late check out if no one books the apartment on the day of our departure. That was super thoughtful and much appreciated.

Dario was there to meet me at the door, he showed me round the apartment and left me his number if I had any issues during my stay. Great location, facilities & very quiet street. I slept in the downstairs bedroom, as a solo traveller, just as it was closer to the bathroom but the room could easily fit 4+ people space wise. Very happy with my stay, I come to Valletta again I would stay here. I would recommend this property to others.

Excellent location, apartment has character, spacious, comfortable. Was just a few minutes walk from the centre of Valetta. Safe neighbourhood. Dario was great with advice on things to do and let us check out late with no additional charge.

Dario was great at meeting us, booking a taxi and giving us recommendations for places to eat and visit. Unlike a lot of places it was not in a basement so was not damp. It was an easy 5 min walk into the centre for everything.

Everything is really good except when the neighbor is having their dog out for fresh air so the dog barks once people passed by during the day. In the night was really quiet when go to bed. We had many good sleep during the day and the night. There is nothing to do with the Appartment itself.

Appartment was big, clean, and close to Valletta bus station. The owner Dario was a fantastic, kind, supportive and friendly host that provide some local advice and bring us the supplies. Also being flexible for our check in/out! Very greatful to have him as a host.

Actually nothing to dislike, we like to stay in character places rather than in a bland hotel.

We were shown round the apartment by Dario, which is so much nicer than having to find the key in a key box. Dario gave us ideas about good restaurants and suggested things to do. The apartment is on two floors, with a sitting room and tv downstairs. We filled our short time in Floriana, Valletta so didn’t have much time to take advantage of it! A short walk takes you to the city gates and the bus station, so in a quiet area out of the bustle of the city itself. The apartment has all you need for a short stay and the bed is very comfortable 😊

Dario the host was phenomenal, not only in ensuring we were settled in correctly but also regarding advice, recommendations and flexibility. The location is fantastic, close enough to town to walk in with ease but quiet and out of the way if you want to avoid the busier areas. AC was reliable, local amenities right around the corner (mainly for pastries). The apartment itself is charming and clean and had everything we needed.

Shower room was small but plenty of hot water etc. Would have liked a full size ironing board....small tabletop one was provided but not easy to use. A hand rail on the wall to get up to mezzanine floor would also be good.

Nice location and easy few minutes walk to Valetta centre. Dario was so so helpful and he was just a call away for anything you need . Be it tips on where to eat or more coffee pods There is a grocery store next door for any essentials like milk, eggs etc so we had breakfast at the apartment itself. Dario provided essentials like tea, coffee, oil, sugar and salt. We had a lovely time in the apartmen. There was also Netflix connection using firestick .

The location is great, just a 5 minute walk from Valletta and the main bus station. The apartment is spacious and comfortable , the aircon worked well which was useful. Communication with Dario was easy, he even let us check in earlier which was very nice. There is a small general store next door and a pastizzeria on the next corner and if needed even a pharmacy about 100m from the apartment. Overall I liked this place a lot.
