I liked the host's warmth and passion for what he does. He sure understands what the word hospitality means. He was extremely helpful with information and other resources. The facilities were super clean. The location is very good, accessible and secure. He even gave me, as part of my welcome tour, my first taste of a Mauritian beer, Phoenix 🍻 😋. Keep being you and doing what you do best, Aroulen. See you again sometime soon.

I had the pleasure of staying in Aroulen's apartment for three weeks, and it exceeded all my expectations. The space is wonderfully spacious and thoughtfully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable extended stay. The apartment was spotlessly clean upon arrival and maintained that high standard throughout my visit. The neighborhood is remarkably peaceful, providing a quiet retreat while still being conveniently located. What truly made this stay special was Aroulen's outstanding hospitality. From the moment I arrived, they were incredibly kind, responsive, and genuinely helpful with any questions or needs that arose during my three-week stay. The combination of a beautiful, well-appointed space and an exceptionally caring host made this one of my best accommodation experiences. The most spacious , beautiful and modern toilet and shower. The kitchen sink is sexy in a large kitchen and spacious bedroom. Close to the Bus Stop with Top notch directions to and from town by Host. An air conditioner, an additional pot and utensils will make this one the best apartment in town

It’s quite a climb, but we managed without any difficulties.

So beautifully clean, and such friendly and helpful people, well beyond any expectation. We just cannot say enough about the kindness and care with which we were treated.

From start to finish, our experience was extraordinary. The accommodation exceeded expectations, offering impeccable cleanliness, modern amenities, and breathtaking views. Aroulen's warm hospitality and local insights made our trip unforgettable. He offered us some delicious mangos which we enjoyed. We also got to meet his beautiful daughter. Located conveniently close to popular attractions, yet offering a tranquil escape. Features like free Wi-Fi, spacious interiors, and thoughtful touches added to the charm. A must-visit for anyone seeking comfort, convenience, and authentic service. Highly recommend for couples, or solo travelers. Can't wait to return!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Kataleya, from the moment I arrived, I knew this place was special. The owners were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. They went above and beyond to ensure my comfort during my stay. Despite my late arrival from the airport, they made arrangements for a delicious dinner for me, this thoughtful gesture made my stay unforgettable. Aroulen took me on a personal tour of the town the next day, sharing local insights and hidden gems that i could never have found on my own. On top of this, he arranged for a personal driver who took me to explore the stunning beaches and mountains. It felt like having my own local guide! Nestled close to the mountains, Kataleya offers breathtaking views of sunrise and sunset. Imagine waking up to the sun painting the sky in hues of orange and pink—it was truly magical. Overall, my experience at Kataleya was nothing short of enchanting. If you’re seeking a quiet and private retreat with friendly hosts and mesmerizing views, look no further. Highly recommended! BTW, Aroulen's family speaks english, getting to talk to them after a long day of butchering the french language was comforting.
