Hello A great thanks to Mrs Sheetal at the reception. She truly helped a lot during my stay as i have a little 1 yr old baby. She knows how to handle different work at a time. There was a delay during my check in but she made sure we’re comfortable in a lounge. Even though at last minute i upgraded my room she did help a lot. She even called me to made sure everything is perfect. I was really stunned as someone at least is caring during our stay. Thank you so much Mrs Sheetal. You’re such a nice person Overall the hotel is really nice . The plunge pool was awesome as its private. We had a great family time Thank you Radisson blu☺️

Saudi ArabiaPrice for half board was way too much. Additionally, breakfast options were limited. 3 restaurants al carte were difficult to book, even though they were not full. The fact that you have to pay for water (5$ per small bottle) is not acceptable for this level and hotel rate.
Location of the hotel was good, in expensive secluded area with no traffic and direct access to the beach. Room was spacious and designed like a boat house. Hotel manager was amazing and very supportive, addressed our concerns.

United Arab EmiratesBooked online on booking.com when I reach the hotel I have been informed i had extra RS 22500 mru to pay for new year dinner which was never mentionned under the booking conditions. As explained by the staff- It is compulsory. This amount was an extra half amount of what I had already paid. When I had reach my room, the towels of the previous occupants were still in the rooms with hair and make up on. -Housekeeping were notified and brought new towels to change. I had upgraded my stay to an all inclusive stay- During the New Year Gala Dinner, they came up with a bill to be paid and show me a table reservation booking list highlighting i am on half board. It took them 30 mins back and forth to fix the situation and ruining the whole experience and mood. At the end the amount was waived.

South AfricaBreakfast was bad, same thing over. Staff and manager who lied and said there were not charging me for Christmas gala as I told them that I do not celebrate Christmas due to my religion. On my departure I asked for an itemised billing as they concealed to me on arrival and the statement showed me that they lied and they even said the reason for a high price was fluctuating currency. So very disappointed I will even write it on reviews. The lady even blamed it on booking.com. It's sad to see how they are destroying the brand 'Radisson Blu'.
