Verified reviewA perfect place to relax / recharge for a few days. I stayed in an overwater villa, which was very spacious and quiet. I loved the window in the floor so you can watch the fish! Thanks to the guys in housekeeping (Annu / Maaiz) for keeping it nice and clean! The staff here are fantastic - very friendly / go out of their way to make sure you have whatever you need. Re. food, I couldn't find many reviews mentioning gluten free options, so wanted to write something here. They have plenty of options!! Special thanks to Mahabub who was always on hand / would walk me round the buffet telling me which foods I could have and even offering to make gluten free options of some of the other dishes. At breakfast, they made me gluten free pancakes and waffles (delicious!) each day. For lunch / dinner they would even offer things like gluten free pasta / pizza, if I wanted it. I would definitely recommend eating at Flame (chargrill restaurant), at least once - the food here is outstanding - and again, they were able to adapt some of the dishes that contained gluten for me.

Verified reviewWe loved our stay! Everything was on point. The resort is new, clean and very well kept. The sunset villas are beautiful, with sea view from the bed and big bathroom with two sinks and two showers, one of which is outside but still part of the bathroom. The restaurant is really good, every evening there is another theme so that you’ll never end up eating the same, and there is a lot of choice. The staff is always friendly and helpful. There are many activities offered, we went for snorkeling with turtles and with sharks - I absolutely recommend both! Few meters from the sunset villas beach the coral reef is starting, it’s full of colorful fishes, squids and even little sharks.

AIRPORT :Everything from the way they receive you at airport mr Yashool was no where to be found, disrespectful and argued not taking us in The Boat ,left our luggage hanging in Terminal ,when we got to his attention. He got furious at us RECEPTION: The moment we reached to hotel we complained to laisa ( front office manager) about behaviour of reception staff but she was.very cold ,dint follow up with us for our raised complaint, this includes rest of staff except iman who was nice and helpful ,They are unprofessional ,lack customer service skills , and are on their phone while attending us ,not even smiling ,which left us only dealing with iman and this is not practical for customer,to wait for only one staff ,because they are only kind Doctor and nurse My wife got sunburn around lip area it was really swollen and required injections, the nurse without wearing gloves and doctor had decided to.give intrvenous Avil injection and iv hydrocortisone, but when she could not get iv injection and ended up not injecting iv cos she dint know how to get vein .my wife ended up taking intramuscular injection of Avil only due to lack of skill to find vessel ,and do iv , ended up taking only tablet hydrocortisone Doctor also dint know himself to do iv he said your vessel are small and better you take tablets ,their were no follow up calls from doctor ,we went to clinic twice in his time to show and follow up sister told he will come at 12 pm but two times he was not in his timings . RESTAURANT: Only positive place in whole island , thanks to Mr Aroon ,Chef Subash ( frequently checked on us ) ,,Ammun, Chef Nikko who went out of the way to.give us his stunning eggs ,entire restaurant team is brilliant. ROOM CLEANING Mr Najimul was good 👍 Beach ,resorts surrounding Full of l sand bags ,stones ,broken shellfish Pool Area and Drinks Shisha once you order they come with bill in 5.

Verified reviewA nice getaway to a secluded island, and we loved it. Staff were really friendly right from the beginning, including reception at the airport. We had reserved a speed boat, and the journey was very smooth, thanks to the good weather as well. Over water villla was amazing with direct access to the ocean and the coral reefs. You get relaxing views from the ground floor as well as from the bedroom upstairs. Infinity pool was great as well. We could do snorkelling near our villa, and there were small coral reefs very nearby, and this was our first time experience with it.
Nothing. The booking stated that you have to pay the amount for the transfer per person and per trip, it was not clear if it was for the round trip or not. So, mentioning that the amount is for the round trip would help future travellers.

Verified reviewWe chose the FB meal plan, which allowed us to dine at the main restaurant for an extended period. The food is exceptionally excellent. Could not ask for more. Staff at the main restaurant are extremely helpful and always willing to help with whatever we needed. F&B manager Ihusan and his entire team are always around to ensure we have a wonderful time. Jack and his team were always there to make sure we had a fantastic stay. Mr. Marty, the resort’s general manager, is an amazing person. He always meets us at the restaurant and makes sure we’re having the best time possible.

1) We were shocked by the speed boat transfer fairs from the airport to resort. It is exorbitantly on a higher end. Our beach front villa costed much less than the transfer fairs. So be wise to choose resorts nearby to the airport, it saves lot of your money. 2) We tried to contact the property through emails and phone calls but there weren’t any response. We were extremely disappointed. Beautiful big resort like that must have 24x7 customer service and a responsible PR.
