Water pressure a bit low

The apartement was well equipped, free water was provided and the rooms had a lot of space for our children. Friendly staff and good streetfood around the corner.

This is the one trust me. Perfect location, amazing room. great service. You can park right outside of the hotel. 2 min walk away from the main street . Amazing rooftop as a bonus!

The Wi-Fi was so slow it was unusable. Luckily, there is a telcel store on the main road, and I was able to get a data sim with 6GB of data for 500 pesos. The splash pools on the roof were closed.

It was easy to find with street parking, it's a couple of blocks from the main centro area and even though its on what I would call a main road, it was very quiet all day. The staff were friendly and ready to answer my questions and gave some great restaurant recommendations.

The property was good but the transport system in Tulum is terrible. The taxis have a monopoly over the system and charge $30 AUD to take you 1.5ks from the town to the beach. The alternative is to take a minibus for a fair price. However, the collectivo (the minibus) was happy to take us to the beach but for some reason would not bring us back from the beach in the afternoon. We are an older couple and my husband has trouble walking. We tried to flag down half a dozen of the buses but they all drove past despite being half empty. In the end we had to get a taxi and pay the outrageous amount of money. This put us off our time in Tulum and we booked out of there.

Very clean and comfortable apartment in a good position close to everything. Sabine, the receptionist went out of her way to tell us how to get around and the places we may need.

The property is 10/10 amazing. Tulum, as a city, though, has quite a few tourist traps to look out for. Also, traffic is bad and the parking situation, especially on the beach, is not great. But if we do come back, we’ll certainly be staying at Azura.

The alartments are beautiful and clean, the host is incredibly positive, insightful, helpful, and friendly. The space is large and in a great location.

This boutique hotel is beautifully designed and conveniently located near the Main Street with many restaurants and bars nearby. The apartment is equipped with kitchen and a big fridge. All areas were exceptionally clean. Bed very comfortable. Walking in shower. Staff very friendly and willing to help! Would definitely recommend!

A/C wasn't working in the living area, but wasn't a big problem. The pool area on the top floor is a little disappointing. Although we weren't planning on spending much time there, they are literally knee deep paddling pools. But on the plus side there is a BBQ area on this floor with nice sunset views!

Very modern, SUPER clean and well equipped apartment (drip coffee machine with complementary coffee, blender, saucers and pans, very big fridge/freezer..) plus a big water dispenser in the room. Good WiFi, smart TV with Netflix. Comfy beds and great shower. Felt very safe. Private parking space reserved for guests. Good location near the main downtown street.

In one of the rooms the kitchen was a little understocked in terms of utensils which is not a major but its such a nice kitchen it would be good to use it. The upstairs area was a bit run down so we didnt use it but again it was minor for us.

This place was fantastic we liked it so much we stayed twice. Very comfortable living for a good price. The location was convenient to everything. The staff were so helpful with everything. In the week I stayed the wifi connection was very stable.

Wifi was going on and off all the time, so if you need to work or do something serious you better get a mobile sim card.

Nice apartment with everything you need for a few days stay. Clean, well equipped kitchen, nice and modern furnitures, great bathroom. Great location close to down-town. Tulums best tacos right outside of the entrance! Very friendly and supportive personnel that helped us get around in Tulúm and surrounding. Much appreciated. Big plus that we could leave our luggage before and after our stay.

The floor was not swiped properly. We walked barefoot inside and the feet were always super dirty. The pool is also a little bit dirty.

700m from the public transport, but still walkable

The apartment was spacious, clean and beautiful. There were everything that we needed. Kitchen was nice too, having oil, salt, sugar, etc, very convenient. Staff were very nice and helpful.

The room had everything I needed to stay on whatever way I wanted to. Going to the beach, eating outside, or cooking, I just had everything. The receptionist was really nice and gave me tips on where to take breakfast, which beaches to visti and where to rent a bike.

It was a super humid time of year and the AC didn't work properly so it was a bit uncomfortable at night.

It was a full sized apartment and well equipped. Staff are very friendly but not always available. No issues with noise or sound from outside.

the location is perfect if you want to experience Tulum centre. the apartment was clean and big. the staff is very friendly, approachable and helpful. for instance, we arrived late to checkin and they were waiting for us.
