The food is not great, We would most nights go out to eat. There is a great Mexican restaurant across the road. When you check in, you are not told any details about your stay, as in where the restaurant is, what time breakfast, lunch and dinner is served. They expect you to know this, also we went to the Mexican restaurant on site and was refused as we did not make a reservation. If we was informed about these little things then it would have been better.

Has a small private beach with a bar which a great view. Staff are very friendly and always cleaning. Also the other guests were very friendly which made our stay great.

We had one power outage that lasted about 10 minutes. The water line was cut in the night until the next morning at about 9am. This was apparently, as told by the staff, a outage on the whole Hotel Zone in Cancun. As a bonus the animation music could have more variety.

Restaurant Food was very good. The beach access was quick. The additional activities offered at the hotel.

Even it is clean and comfortable, the facilities looked old , specially the bathroom, the room was expensive and it didn’t even had a view to the sea or pool.

Website is misleading. says the bars are open until 3am and that there is a nightclub at the resort. all bars close at 11pm and there is nothing to do on the resort after 11pm. Our room was supposed to have a large balcony with 2 queen beds. They ran out of 2 bed options so they did upgrade us to an ocean view for free, which was nice. However, it was 1 king bed and they added 1 twin bed in there so 4 people could sleep. This means 3 people in a king size bed. The room was pretty small so this added bed left next to no extra space. Our balcony on the "upgraded" room was also small.

food was pretty good, lots of options. I have lots of food sensitivities and had no issues finding lots of things I could eat. Bathroom was nice and it was huge, so was the shower. Pool was very nice and clean, love the chairs built into the pool so you can stay cool while tanning. The drinks were good, Jasson is the best bartender!

It was spring break, I thought we missed it, but we were wrong. Live daily entertainment until 10-11pm daily was a bit loud for us. We tend to pass out by 9pm usually. Room service costs extra and you can't leave any of the eating areas with food. Our air-conditioner made a noise the whole trip which really only was an issue when waking at 2am and not being able to fall back asleep. The rooms were a little dated, but still ok.

After reading previous reviews, I did not have high expectations for the food or beach. However, those were the our favorite things. The food was all very good even if the selection wasn't as huge as larger resorts, it was tasty. We loved the beach! It was protected, so there were no man eating waves to battle. There were amazing yachts and boats driving by all day. We took out the paddle boards and were able to see stingrays and starfish galore. We also enjoyed nice walks down the beach everyday.

Access to the food was limited. If you want decent food you have to get up at 6 am and stand in line for an hour to make a reservation for dinner at one of the on-site restaurants. Otherwise, you can't get a reservation and have to eat the buffet, which isn't great. Breakfast is really good at any of the restaurants. I don't want to get up earlier when on vacation than I do at home.

The room, the view and the actual facilities including the beach and pool were nice. The staff was also very friendly.

Perhaps the short beach bay

The property is lovely and easily accessible to the ferry to Isla Mujeres and the Xcaret Scenic Tower. Housekeeping was thorough and every public area was clean , whether it was the lobby,The restaurants, the corridors- absolutely slick and span! The staff are truly an asset. Every single one of them were lovely!

Only "notsogreat" was the beach is small and next to a high traffic canal and the swimming area is small with little to snorkel for.

Outstanding hotel! Wow, Im not easily impressed but the people here are wonderful! The food was good, the place is kept up, friendly staff,, the bed was better than mine at home lol. Wifi actually worked (werent many gaps) and every day our room was stocked/cleaned. We asked for more coffee/water one night- for the next morning- and it was in the room when we returned,, that night! Close to a few things, the ferry to Isla is right next door! I am super impressed with the place!

Last day they couldn't accept any 5 of my credit cards. Thought it was my cards, but it wasn't. Something to do on their end.. My friend had to front me and I had to pay him back when I got back home.
