One day I asked that they not blast music next to me in the afternoon and their staffed responded that that was their “concept”. The food was ok but when you are staying somewhere without other options around it’s not good enough

Included breakfast a bit light, more generally food and drinks, including cocktails, a bit light. Portions could be a bit bigger (eg 3 tacos instead of 2) and cocktails a bit stronger.

Fantastic location really on the beach, palapa-style hotel, clean and spacious rooms, good and varied restaurant menu, with many options and quite fast to be served. Caring and friendly staff.

location is great, right on the beach, separated from the city. There is a plenty of chairs on the beach, food in restaurant is delicious, nice and maintained rooms and complete environment, swimming pool is good

The supposedly free breakfast was just a very simple cup of tea and piece of bread, we had to pay separately for any proper breakfast. Although the booking stated they spoke Spanish and English, no-one was able to speak English when we needed them to!

Nice large room with comfortable bed, good location by the beach, with various places to sit outside on the beach on beds or chairs under covers or roofs.

The check-out experience was very slow.

Love the place (overall), the beach, and the room. Would improve the quality of the towels and/or have towels for the beach.

You can flirt with ocean but hard to go to swim.

Bad customer service. The breakfast so poor. The staff is not prepared to offer a good customer experience. The towels in the room so dirty. The drinks are not good. There was a insect in my orange juice, the waitress just took it with a spoon and gave me the same juice. I talked to the manager and he didn't take any action about my complaints.

The beach was excellent.

Pool was gross. Located next to a banquet hall couldn't sleep 2 nights in a raw. Water to shower is salt water. Poor ventilation in rooms, a small fan to cool off the room. You have to open the door to ventilate the room and people can see into your room, towels are old. The "breakfast" included is misleading and very very small. Menu is extremely limited and kitchen doesn't accomodate special requests or diets.

Decoration of the hotel is nice. They care about the environment

The excesive noise at night, because there is a party place next to the hotel. Don't let me sleep very well :(

I like the service and the amenities. The place, the beach, the food, was excellent and affordable price. The experience, the yoga lesson free, the lagoon ride free, the breakfast, the mezcal at sunset...Definitely I recommend it!

There were little bugs on the vanity unit and around the bathroom sink. This maybe due to the windows in the bathroom just having mesh on them and in the bedroom there are louvre doors going onto a terrace so bugs can come through there. Also can here dogs barking a lot through the night.

Location was good and it was directly on the beach with sun bed facilities. Also around the bar was lots of comfy seating areas. The hotel is directly onto a lovely beach and pool is nice also. Everyone is super helpful and when we went to the bars along the street, the staff in each bar can’t do enough for you. There is a lagoon that you can hire kayaks on which is good. Really lovely people.

There was nothing not like

Absolutely gorgeous! The rustic look. The view. The staff was super friendly. I loved the fact that they have vegan dishes in their menu. I also loved all the activities they offer.
